Haven't had bug service in a few years and refuse to deal with out of town company trying to buy up all the local business', that always leads to the worst service possible and bug folks now want a contract. Let the search begin: placed call to what I thought was larger local company with a catchy jingle, phone was answered in Tennessee. Deal seemed fair and bug companies are like locksmiths, one operator that has bought all companies locally and now operates in disguise as a small one man shop. After 4 attempts, yes that's four, to send me a contract to sign so they will come out, still have the address wrong in the contract, not signing a wrong contract and really if you can't pay attention long enough to write that down what else do you neglect? After all, if you can't get a man to take care of you on the front where they get paid, imagine trying to get them when you need something and have already paid. Turned to my yelp buds for guidance, no real help there as most reviews were generic and seemed to mainly refer to large national chains, we have already covered that. Riding down the street found Carey doing some admin work at a trailer he uses as office on my street. What a lucky moment! I stopped and spoke with him, very nice talk and small operator, my goal. He was able to send a man down that day and what a great guy he is, ran a whopping 5 min late and called to let me know? What? Can this be the way to start a business relationship? Who on earth these days has respect for the customers time? Bug Hunter that's who. We are three days past spray and have removed a small army of roach corpses and not seen a single live bug. I hate to say they were $25 cheaper than the other clowns I tried to hire, and that's after clowns dropped price $50 for first visit after incorrect contract #3. Sometimes things work out for the best, after all if clown company had been write, write, writing down what I was saying instead of singing look, look, looky here comes Well you get the point, I can't believe a company spends that much on advertising and when a customer tries to hire, well they fumbled that possibility.

Sometimes things work out for the best, after all if Cooks had been write, write, writing down what I was saying instead of singing look, look, looky here comes Cookie, Well you get the point, I can't believe a company spends that much on advertising and when a customer tries to hire, well they fumbled that possibility, and it was such a simple request, use the correct address for service location, ya' gotta have that right to find the house, no? That's the bloated admin of a chain right there.

Checked the cameras and the tech had opened the gate to come in left it open while he sprayed. Don't have video of him leaving but the gate was in the exact position when I went outside as it was on the video. Our eight year old son had a meltdown thinking it was his fault that he didn't check the gate. Called to explain our issue and was told they would make a note in the system to close the gate from now on. Figured that was day one stuff that should be gone over with all employees entering people's property. Great service, but you might lose a dog. We cancelled our service.

Maids ala Mode are exceptional and just get better with each visit. The billing is all pre-set to a credit card which is very modern and easy. You are sent email reminders (maybe too many) and a copy of the invoice electronically. It is very handy and all of the staff radiate pleasantness and courtesy. My ladies are my "regulars", which is great since I am often home when they are here. They work well together and just bring a lot of positive energy through the door when they arrive. I forgot about the actual work! My standards are pretty high and I live in a large home with all sorts of nooks and crannies. It is always spotless, shining and smells probably a bit like Heaven when they leave. They clean things that frankly I overlook or just disregard, and my bathrooms are almost too clean to use. The kitchen is the same. I cook all of the time and the chances of my sink ever looking that clean on my watch is zero. Part of my household is a very ragged 22 y.o. cat. They clean up all of his fur and even work around him when he can't get up. How sweet is that? Except for too much e-mail (maybe 5 per visit) Maids ala Mode is a home run for me.

So I decided to return to give them another chance after my old housekeeper moved away and I tried other cleaning services but never got the cleaning I was use to. It ended up just to have them keep changing cleaner again but I was giving them a chance even after all the horrible stories I heard from the cleaners about the company. One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. Wishing the company nothing but the best.

Mr. Terrance Harris along with his son Traevon (together make up the 2 in the proclamatory name of their company) have taken care of my lawn for approximately two years now and I can say that they have never failed to please me with their final product. For decades I managed to take care of my yard alone. In that time I nurtured it carefully so that today it has become, at least for me, a calming and peaceful retreat. In recent years, however, I have had to give up my bi-weekly attention to it upkeep. Thus I was very cautious in choosing a lawn services company. I wanted one that would commit to a regular schedule, rain or shine, and that would maintain a dedication to its maintenance similar to the level that I had been committed to over the years. I can say that I found that company in Willing 2 Work. From day one Mr. Harris showed great interest in my needs and listened patiently to my peculiar litany of needs when mowing, trimming and generally maintaining my yard. He respected my requests and, over the course of these two years that he has never failed to deliver his services exactly to the level of my demanding instructions. He hasn't cut corners, or changed his methods in the delivery of his services, at least not without first consulting with me, explaining politely, succinctly and convincingly why his way was better. I am old and set in my ways, but not so set as to demand a businessman provide a service in a manner that is contrary to his own efficient means of doing business. I have learned much from this kind, hard-working gentleman, and am happy that I found him just at the time when someone of his professional attitude was needed. I sincerely recommend Willing 2 Work, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of trustworthy, dependable and professional lawn care services.

Mike responded immediately to my cry to help after I had a power surge during the freeze that…read moreknocked out my stove and dishwasher. He diagnosed the problems for both appliances and gave me reasonable costs to repair. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones. Although he didn't make the repairs, Mike was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him and will call him again if and when I need an appliance repairman. Note I am giving ReStart 5 stars for the service I received, which was diagnosis only.
