The girl taking my order was new, so I was very patient when got my order wrong 4 times. However, she had no problem taking my payment for of over $600. Two weeks before the wedding I called to confirm. The same girl, still very confused. She finally assured me that my chairs would be delivered on time for the ceremony. The day of the wedding, I had a friend go to the venue to meet the delivery people at 3pm (the time they promised) and they did not show up. The ceremony took place at 5pm and all of guests had to stand. Thankfully, it was a short ceremony, and the guests were very understanding. When we contacted Nola Party Rentals, the owner had the nerve to text me saying "if I would have text them two hours prior this would not have happened. This was my daughter's wedding day! We finally got a refund after a week. I cannot with a good heart recommend this company.

She is polite, focused and very unobtrusive. She is just the best. When my daughter was getting married on April 3rd, 2015, I called Katie again, just to be my "go to" person the day of the wedding. Once again, she didn't disappoint. She ordered and picked up the food for the hotel, where the wedding party was, and spent the day with us (bride and bridemaids) helping us get ready. Little did I know she also can do hair, and nails! One of the bridesmaids has really curly hair and was struggling with it. So Katie asked if she wanted her to help, and voila! Her hair updo was beautiful. Same thing for the maid of honor, who didn't like the way the salon had done her hair, so Katie played with it, and transformed it into adorable. She also did my daughters nails. She was actually the best decision I made as far as planning for the wedding. What could be better than an indoor place to play your favorite sports during our hot and humid summers? Of course, it would be even better if I had come when I could actually PLAY one of these sports; unfortunately, my injured wrist won't be permitting that anytime soon. Besides batting cages they have a baseball diamond, basketball courts, an indoor volleyball court, free weights, and a concession stand just to name a few things. From what I can see, it looks like they have some weight machines on the second floor. I'm guessing this might come with one of their fitness packages. Big Easy Sportsplex is definitely one of New Orleans' hidden gems. It's a great play to play indoors with a very fair price that won't break the bank. I was able to handle everything via their Instagram DM so it was really fast and efficient. Laying out all of the details ahead of time was so reassuring. What's great about GNC is they handle all the set-up, secure the location, very detail oriented, and handle all the breakdown and cleanup! All you have to do is bring the alcohol or any preferred choice of beverage. Your reservation includes a two hour reservation with the set-up and you can pay for additional hours and guests if desired. Since this was for Valentine's Day it was just for my partner and I. We were placed at the Tree of Life and I was contacted the day of with all updates. When we parked in front of the tree, my partner and I were in absolute awe of the set-up. GNC had it beautifully set up and had the area reserved with a private picnic in action. There was a mini heat generator, champagne bucket, still and sparkling water bottles, our charcuterie and sweet board, pillows, lounge pillows, blankets, so many cute VDay details, and even a few lagniappes for us to enjoy. GNC is all about the details and the Assorted Boards charcuterie boards were delish! I highly recommend using them for special occasions, dates, or a large family and friend function. We TRULY LOVED our Mardi Gras experience, and that was in large part to New Orleans VIP Experience…read more(aka Mardi Gras Made EZ) and their amazing high level of service! I can not imagine having done Mardi Gras any other way. From first contact, to the weeks leading up to our trip all the way through to the moment we said goodbye, Matthew was responsive, helpful, accommodating and easy to deal with (not to mention thoughtful)! We opted to go all out for our 1st time, and chose a package that included a VIP Balcony (with all you can drink and food) right on the parade route for Sunday, attending the Orpheuscapade Ball (including food and unlimited drinks) Monday night, and ending our Mardi Gras experience with a VIP Balcony on Bourbon Street for Fat Tuesday. All of this came at a VERY reasonable price for what all was included. ...and when I say VIP, I mean VIP! We were on a large (non-cramped) balcony Sunday and at a prime corner location with top shelf liquor and amazing food (all non-stop for nearly 12 hrs!). Monday we had a private car (and a police escort) that got us to the Ball in no time, and were ushered to a table right along the railing to be in a perfect position to catch throws from the parade as it came through the Convention Center prior to the party kicking into high-gear with Harry Connick taking the stage (all while we drink and ate to our hearts content). Finally Fat Tuesday was perfection, as we were treated to a corner balcony on Bourbon Street with a perfect view of the throngs of people wadding up and down the street, and again enjoyed all while throwing back premium beverages! One of the testaments to Matthew and his team at New Orleans VIP Experience (aka Mardi Gras Made EZ), was meeting a couple on Sunday from Florida that said they have use their services for 5 years in a row. I understand why too; I haven't stopped talking about our amazing experience since we got home last week, and will tell anyone who will listen to go to Mardi Gras in NoLa at least once and make sure you call Matthew to make sure your trip is done right!!

Picking up the chairs/tables after the ceremony was also right on time and efficient. Communication with the company before the ceremony was also great - we needed a couple of changes, and they always responded promptly and helpfully. The wedding was held at the Peristyle at City Park, and I was worried they might run into issues because the parking right by the venue was taken, but the two men Party Rentals Delivered sent handled it without an issue. I wish I had their names - they were great! To sum it up - the last thing I wanted to deal with on the day of our wedding was a logistical issue with the chairs. Party Rentals Delivered were so professional, quick, and helpful that I honestly didn't even notice them working until all the chairs were set up! I highly recommend them for any of your rental needs.

My partner and I are planning our winter wedding. We had been in contact with Michael since August…read moreand immediately provided our floor plan to assist in the process. Throughout the correspondence with him, things seemed to be understood and going smoothly. Unfortunately, this did not last. After a couple of back and forth exchanges regarding the amount of tables and linens would be needed it seemed like it was never understood that because our venue was multi-storied (mezzanine and rooftop- indicated on the provided floor plan) we would be charged extra fees to deliver our rentals. We'd reached a point where we were being told that they needed to add a multi-level delivery fee and an extra $1000 if the items weren't delivered back to the first floor at the end of the reception. However, they stated that the multi-level delivery fee would NOT cover the delivery or set up of the chairs to the roof and that we would need to complete this task ourselves. After questioning this and asking for additional explanation to understand the fee(s), we were met with little flexibility, discontinuing of services, and the unwillingness to communicate in a medium that wasn't via email. Our take is that since our guest list was expansive, the bandwidth of the company could not cover the uncertainties that arise when you have a guest list of over 175 and are having your ceremony and reception at a multi storied venue. Therefore if you're planning a larger wedding with similar needs to ours search elsewhere.
