We reached out to this provider to cater the post-funeral gathering of grieving family members. She informed us that she was available and as such we booked her services by paying for her services in full. A week prior, in a tragic turn of events, my uncle also passed away. Our family made the difficult choice to hold a joint funeral to honor both my brother in law and uncle on the same day. We reached out to this provider to adjust the date, which she was fine with. Due to a number of competing priorities (i.e. coffin selection, drafting funeral programs, selecting flowers, coordinating travel for out of town family members) we forgot to provide the exact funeral start time. Instead of inquiring regarding the time that she should deliver the food this provider reached out 2 days before the funeral (on a Sunday) to inform us that she was canceling as a time had not been provided although she had been compensated already and was well aware of the date. We were absolutely shocked. Our family had 1 business day to scramble, the week of Thanksgiving (!!), to find a replacement caterer during a time when we wanted to be focused on grieving. This provider also did not proactively refund our money. When asked she agreed to refund 50% due to the late cancellation (which she initiated!!). This was not a policy that was documented in any contract we signed, and such we were able to successfully file a dispute with our card company to obtain the rest of our funds. This provider is unprofessional, dishonest, and worst of all incredibly heartless. If "0" stars was an option it would be what she deserves. DO NOT BOOK HER

They hold a very high standard so thought this would be something thats a no brainer. I talked to a few other caterers and we like Aaron (our sales person) he was personable and responsive. We came into town and did our tasting and he took us for a drink. I should have known at our tasting. My food standards are high as well as service and the food was MEH. But at this point I was in it! People always say wedding food is does not have as high of standards as fine dining restaurant but it sure cost us the same. Aaron told us we had "more than enough food" and our price per head was not cheap. Aaron also told us he does not go to weddings but would come by ours (He never came, never let us know and he told us one things and our wedding planner told us another why he did not show up). The day of the wedding everything went south. There were SO many issues but will highlight a few of them as I am sure there were more I was not told or did not find out about. They ran out of CUPS, soda water (yes soda water) our wedding was only 70 people on the guest list. the last table they ran out of food for (they did not make enough food or all the items we ordered, veggies, rollos, shrimp and grits and so on), they did not have all the items they were supposed to for the bar. To top it off one of their staff sold beer to one of our guests at the end of the wedding (beer we had already paid for) and pocketed a few hundred bucks from a intoxicated guest. This is a shame. Aaron lacked much follow through on this after the wedding and one of the other bosses there gave me a 15% reimbursement. Honestly I would never use them again and feel so upset this went down the way it did. We have guests as our wedding that did not get all the items we had selected when we were supposed to have tons of food. How do you run out of items like cups and soda water at a bar for a 70 person wedding?
