We went on a trip for one week and trusted our 4 dogs would be well taken care of since we had used…read morethem previously. We were WRONG. Our dogs were neglected. Our two Pomeranians had days worth of poop dried to their backside. It was so bad one lost hair in the area and his skin was weeping, he is still healing almost a week later. The dogs were never given their beds (they still smelled like detergent from home with zero fur on the beds) and one of the other dogs was never given his medicine. We also had an unopened bag of treats they were never given. Their paws smelled like poop and they were severely dehydrated. White tongues and they drank an entire bowl of water the second they got home. When we voiced our concerns to the owner, we were screamed at and hung up on. A week later and one of our dogs developed pancreatitis which the vet believes may have been caused by severe stress and less than poor living conditions while borded. I would never recommend this place. My heart hurts for the absolute fear and neglect they caused my dogs. Shaking and severe shedding. A truly despicable place. Mind you, the photos are after one of the caretakers used about 10 baby wipes to clean his backside.

They were able to squeeze her in for a bath right before the holiday season. I texted for the appointment and they were prompt and polite! Walking into this pet salon is like no other. You're immediately greeted by the welcoming interior and the most courteous, friendly staff. My pup Winter is always so excited when we walk in. The boutique part of the salon has everything you can imagine for furry family members. My pups personal favorites are the gourmet cookies they sell in bulk. When I pick my pup up, she always smells so clean and fresh! She's her friendly self and happy as can be.
