I called Gulf Gate Rescreening and the receptionist was very efficient and polite. She told me when to expect the estimator and that he would call before he came out. On the day of the appointment, the estimator, Felipe Pinheiro, called to say that he was about 20 minutes away from my home and he was on his way. He was absolutely on time and went on to tell me about the rescreening process and what the cost would be. I was very impressed with his knowledge of rescreening my cage/lanai. He made several recommendations. He was polite and always with a smile guided me through the entire process of what type of screen that would be installed, the best route to take, etc. This company was not recommended to me by anyone as I just randomly called them. Everything about GulfGate Rescreening is professional. A year ago the owner came and checked out the pool cage. He said in a year, in his professional opinion. One of his helpful assistants came out a month or so ago, it had been the year. Not only did he tell me what should be done now, he showed me where there were coming issues, again maybe in a year...unless we have a BIG storm hit in the meantime. He was the consummate professional. And then yesterday...Jorge and Tito appear right on time, both very polite. After checking in with me they went to work...non-stop for about 90 minutes. We recently had our lanai screen replaced with 20/20 screening. We were apprehensive about the finer mesh so Gulf gate gave us several references for people who had used the 20/20. We were able to visit one home to see the screen and how it affected the view. We decided to go with the 20/20 for the entire lanai and are glad we did. The crew which included Frank was fantastic. The screening has no wrinkles (like I saw in a neighbors screen which was installed by another installer). They even noticed that one of my doors had a gap above it because the trim was askew. They were able to fix it by cutting the trim shorted on one side and reinstalling it. I would certainly highly recommend them, the entire team was great and the price was very competitive. read more

I have had Gulf Gate Rescreening take care of my previous home's rescreening on my lanai. They were punctual and courteous. They got the job done when they said they would and it was perfect. This year I had a small home built on my daughter in laws property. Because it was a second home the county would not allow a regular porch. Gulf Gate Rescreening constructed a pool cage type covering over my concrete slab. It turned out perfect and keeps the bugs out. I love it. We recently enclosed a very large porch/parking area on the front of our manufactured home. Gulf Gate provided a very quick and accurate estimate that was very reasonable. The showed up on time and spent one very long hot day installing the framework and screen and cleaned up after themselves. Our job required a slightly different sliding door arrangement than what they brought and they reordered another larger door and returned to finish the job to our complete satisfaction. Gulf Gate rescreened and power washed my pool cage and the screened area around my front door. They replaced two screen doors and the old anchor bolts on the cage last month. Very professional, efficient and customer oriented service. There was a hole in a screen which covered three panels of the lanai roof. I thought that the entire screen in that section needed to be replaced. But Zaack and Jorge, two of their technicians, managed to replace the one damaged section and saved the other two.
