An aptly named company whose owner decided to scream at my wife on the phone bc we were dissatisfied with the way they installed downspouts that terminated onto our top deck and dripped water down the house in three different t spots. After yelling at my wife, schmucker made an appointment to come back to fix things. He never showed up again. Then, or ever. We will be dealing with him over the damage to the deck. read more

This company installed some seamless gutters in 2014 after a tree took down a portion of our gutters. They did a tremendous job and we have been very satisfied with what they put up. Recently I called as we were having some erosion on one corner of the house and I was checking to see if they could offer a solution. They were out the day of my call and although we had been cleaning out the gutters, one downspout was very impacted. They cleaned out the downspout and refused payment. read more

I live in a Condo in The Meadows. My front garden is one of those that gets BURIED under the debris that is blown off the roof and out of the gutters. I am also surrounded by PINE trees. I approached one of the guys and just asked him to look at where the debris landed on my property. It was PILES of old pines covering everything. It was a big mess. They both agreed that this was a mess and that it was their job to correct it. They APOLOGIZED!These two young men were so polite and accommodating, I was disarmed. They assured me that they would clean the whole thing up. And you know what? THEY DID! Happily! They jumped right in and grabbed all the debris and bagged it and it weighed a ton! They were proud of the work they did. What impressed me most is that I truly felt that it was as important to THEM as it was to ME that the job was done right.
