They offered to come back the next day to run a camera though they said they had a camera on the truck. Our schedule wasn't open for the next day, so they said they would come back Monday after 9am. I waited all day, but they never showed. My husband called Tuesday and was told we weren't on the schedule, but they would come the next day. The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called. My husband called several times, leaving several messages, but we have yet to hear back. So we will pay another company to fix our broken pipe. They obviously don't want our business. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair.
