I called Pam 10 times and never responded or text me back to help solve it. I had to take the other guys paperwork and call him to see if he had my info. My 80 mile round trip commutes at speeds of 70 mph of late at my new position would have ended tragically; my entire right front wheel assembly was shot. I was right.
