She told me to come Sunday after 8 am to Pick it up but I had to drive it so computer registers it and come back on Friday. When I went to pick my car up with all paperwork such as insurance and registration and proof of title it was not there. The nice kid working in Sunday am said I'm sorry but we gave your paperwork to someone else. I said huh, that has all my info on it. I said is someone bringing it back. I called Pam 10 times and never responded or text me back to help solve it. I had to take the other guys paperwork and call him to see if he had my info. Needless to say they had his wrong number so I then had to find it on my own. I called the guy who took my info and asked if I can get it. The service station and Pam never called me to try to help or solve thier error. I won't be going there again with how careless they were. Anyone could have taken my info and car title.

The first appointment NOBODY MENTIONED THE CAR TIRES HAD HOPS AND WEREN'T ANY GOOD. hey also said that they stripped all the weight off the tires and started from scratch this time, isn't that what I paid the 115 dollars the first time for. Instead they just added wheel weights to the tire and sent me on my way. NOT GOOD PRACTICE ON QUALITY SERVICE. So I was told to go back to who you got tires from, because this is not there problem. But they diagnosed the car and said the tires just need to be rebalanced the first visit. After arguing my Point. I was told they will never work on my car again. The funny thing is with that type of service, I wouldn't return or recommend them to anyone.

It is an absolute pleasure to write this review about Boonton Auto Body! I cannot say enough good…read morethings about them! Our daughter damaged the front fender, wheel, and bumper of her car a couple of months ago. Wanting to get it fixed before winter sets in, we took it to 5 different places to get estimates for the repairs (we were not going to process this claim through insurance but, rather, pay out of pocket and all five places were made aware of that). Four of the body shops we took the car to told us we needed to replace the bumper and that it could not be fixed. The cost of repairs, for each of them, would have been between $3000 - $3500 (all based on after-market parts). Boonton Auto Body, however, told us they could repair the bumper and wheel and, also, replace the fender for less than $1200. Needless-to-say, they won our business and, after having the car for less than one full day, we had it back in our hands that same evening and it looks fantastic! You would never know that any damage was done to the vehicle! Jose, Jorge, and the entire team, at Boonton Auto Body, are simply top notch and the absolute best in class! I highly recommend them and if, in the future, we need to have any work done on our cars I will skip the running around and just bring the car to them!
