Picture the scenario, your walking into your home on a Friday night after not being there for a…read moreweek, and even though you left the AC on 78, you know right away it's not working. What do you do when the average temperature that week has been in the mid 90's and it's in the high 80's in the house and you don't have a AC maintenance agreement with anyone? I had read some good reviews about Jeff Berry and thought I reach out to him, though since it was already about 8pm, my hope was that he would call me back on Saturday. He called me right back, we introduce ourselves to each other and even though he was working at another site, asked me what was wrong. We proceeded to have about a hour + call as he diagnosed the issue, explained a short term solution and how to implement it. We kept in touch over that next hour as his sage input, extreme patience and direction allowed me to get the system to work again. Jeff follow this up with calling me on Saturday to make sure it was still working, then made a house call on Monday to review and perform all the steps that I had done Friday night. Oh, BTW, and this truly is a statement to the person and character of Jeff Berry, he didn't charge me at all for all he did that get our AC up and working again.
