I've used White's Plumbing twice now…read more 1st time: I have a rental property and one of the two toilets was giving us issues. The flush wasn't working properly. My partner wound up calling them and they came right away, installing a new toilet for us. 2nd time: This time I dealt with them personally for my rental property. As it stands, we were on the way back from Navarre and my tenant notified me that she had no hot water. Given time and distance, rather than checking the property myself, I chose to have someone else do it. Given the insanity with Hurricane Helene, I was very surprised how quickly White's Plumbing was able to check out the property. The day after I called them they went and fixed the issue, which honestly was extremely minor and makes me wish I had gone myself, but hey, sometimes you have a bazillion things to do and it's better to pay someone else to do it. No checking pipes, no going under the house, common sense would tell you if you're a professional that if you have multiple areas then it's a bigger issue. But they have lazy service people so none of that was done and when I had the same issue weeks later I found out the service lied on the ticket didn't mention anything about cleaning faucet and just said he turned the water on and it worked. I turned it off to s fix it. The manager was just as shadowy saying "Well you said for it". DONT DO BUSY WITH THEM. You will pay $130 for nothing and they will imply you're stupid in addition. I've used Advance Plumbing three times and they have been great each and every time. Minor impact…read moreto our business. The first call (2017) was an unknown water leak. Showed up in two hours. Located two leaks, one next to our building and second leak under a sidewalk. They cut the concrete fixed the supply line and put the concrete back into place and saved me $ by not complete busting up my sidewalk. The second was a quick response, less than 15 minutes to call back and 3 hours on site for a major water leak under an asphalt parking lot. They coordinated with other contractors to cut the asphalt and completely took care of the job. Followed up to make sure I was happy with the work. The third was a toilet that wouldn't stop flush. Not a typical fix. Roots had grown 20' into and clogged the waste line. Brought in a power auger and cleaned out the roots. Fixed in about six hours after calling. Thanks for the hard work! I'll call them again when needed.
