When I called Seeders about the issue they said I would probably have to replace the entire unit. They had just installed a new disposal in 2019! I wanted a second opinion and called McNeill. Their plumber fixed my garbage disposal and another toilet (there are 3 in my house) in 15 minutes for less than $150. I then had to call him this week because one of the toilets that Seeders had allegedly fixed (and charged me steeply for) was apparently "fixed" with the wrong part. When I called Seeders to let them know they installed the wrong part, they just said, "okay." No apologies, no refund, nothing. I have never left a service review in my life but I am honestly appalled and would never recommend them. Use McNeill. They are better priced and actually know what they are doing.

I've used White's Plumbing twice now…read more 1st time: I have a rental property and one of the two toilets was giving us issues. The flush wasn't working properly. My partner wound up calling them and they came right away, installing a new toilet for us. 2nd time: This time I dealt with them personally for my rental property. As it stands, we were on the way back from Navarre and my tenant notified me that she had no hot water. Given time and distance, rather than checking the property myself, I chose to have someone else do it. Given the insanity with Hurricane Helene, I was very surprised how quickly White's Plumbing was able to check out the property. The day after I called them they went and fixed the issue, which honestly was extremely minor and makes me wish I had gone myself, but hey, sometimes you have a bazillion things to do and it's better to pay someone else to do it. I had Cooper's install an inside and outside HVAC unit three years ago at the cost of $16,000. I…read morehad to have them come back at least twice to fix issues with the interior closet unit, and it STILL had issues. So I used another company at an additional cost of almost $3000 to fix Cooper's faulty installation. This last time it was noted that the platform wasn't replaced by Cooper's, so the unit was sinking and tilting. It was also noticed that there was no seal around the bottom of the unit, which was causing warm air from the attic to be pulled in, causing the unit to run more than necessary. Once everything was fixed, the noise inside the house was reduced, and the unit is steady and running as it should. Per Watt's: repairs Cooper's failed to make prior to installation.... Remove the existing air handler (AHU) to allow for structural improvements within the equipment platform. Replace the existing plywood base with new plywood to provide a solid, stable mounting surface, and install an improved support system to properly support the weight of the unit. Additionally, fabricate and install duct board to seal the top of the mechanical closet from the attic. This will help reduce the infiltration of unconditioned attic air, improve system efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the HVAC system.
