While there is a fairly wide selection, there's a LOT of junk and overpriced items in here. Looking past that, there are some deals to be found! I found a lovely brass lamp that looks like a clamshell for a reasonable $15. They even let me test it to make sure it works! The service was great too. The ladies at the front were so friendly and helpful! I'm pretty sure this is a relatively new place but I'd say it's worth it to stop and check out. I'll be back next year!

He said there was easily $45k worth of goods however when it was too late, and we added up his sticker prices, and being educated in antiques ourselves, we discovered that there was over $100k in antiques. He did not advertise the sale properly, he only posted on Estate Sales dot net. The first day, hardly anyone showed up. I realized that something was strange already prior to this so I posted on Facebook late the first night letting people know about the next day's sale. The second day of the estate sale was packed non-stop and everyone who came said that they learned about the sale from Facebook. On the first day he spent over $1000 himself, had his family members come and purchase antiques (spending thousands themselves) as well as friends of his. Mind you, he owns an antique store in downtown Ocean Springs and priced everything himself. He also did not allow us to make decisions about the cost when we would speak with people who were trying to purchase items. The second day of the sale, the lady who worked at the door who took the money told everyone that everything was 50% off. How can everything be 50% off to people who didn't even attend the first days sale??! In his contract, he said there would be a "clearance sale" but he was too busy so he couldn't come back and do that for a while. With my posts on Facebook, I had lots of people wanting things at full price, but he wouldn't allow me to sell anything. When he was finally able to come back and do the clearance sale (after we had to pay more for the house electricity, etc.) the house nearly became cleared out and we were left with nothing. $100k worth of antiques and we received less than $10k. Im not even sure how this is possible as with just having spoken with 3 people that were at the sale, they spent $3k alone. He's a professional thief and scam artist. I would not hire him again and would not recommend him to anyone. I hope my review saves others from being scammed.

I…read morewill be honest...I shop mostly online these days and I don't have a lot of experience with outlet malls. But I was impressed with the beauty of this mall and the cleanliness of the streets. There were many stores and eateries to visit. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return.

They recently built few electric charging stations in north east end of the outlet. A few new stores have opened and few stores have closed but still have the signs up. A little misleading. Even the website says it still around. Hopefully, it will be updated or they are closed for renovations? I found out they do not offer a food court anymore. Bloomingdale's is there instead. I was baffled when I walked into Bloomingdale's outlet. I thought I made a mistake. That would explain why they have a few food trucks on south side of the outlet. They also renovated the playground. I am not sure if they expanded it too? Please let me know? They do offer free Wi-Fi. I am not sure how the speed is? Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a good deal! Great selection for all. I am sure they have a store for someone in your party. Easy access off the highway. I-10 and highway 49 south. Just take the first right off Creosote Road.
