The cashier was not friendly at all. She totally kills the vibe that the environment is already lacking. My son and I were watched very closely the entire time we browsed the store. Even my son said "why do they keep staying close to us and staring at us?" Staff was very weird and acted like they were suspicious of us shoplifting lol. It was almost entertaining because girl, please... go take a coffee break I'm not stealing your Christmas ornaments! Seems like they may have a loss prevention issue?? Like a previous review for this business stated, I didn't feel welcome in this store. I also asked for my receipt and the half-alive cashier said that since their internet was down, she had to keep my receipt and I couldn't have it. Walmart carries paper receipt books last I checked? Another check in the "this is weird" box. They lack the most important component of a small business (or any business): customer service. Nice products on the shelves but I didn't see anything that I can't order online and curve everything mentioned above.

I tried on several dresses and found "the one" but could have definitely picked up a couple others. Shoe selection isn't huge but nicely curated. I picked up a new pair of dressed-up slip-on sandals that I get compliments on all the time now. Also saw some cute lace and crochet bras at a good price. A bonus of this boutique is the location! It's in a walkable area downtown and we explored the area for about an hour before and after shopping, browsing art galleries and stopping by restaurants. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Biloxi.

They had a great assortment from Good American and Madewell, with a good range of sizes and styles to choose from. So yay because I needed a pair of jeans because the weather was much cooler than I'd packed for. The dress section, however, felt a bit repetitive. Lots of the same styles, so not a ton of variety there. One thing that really stood out was the shoe section, especially if you're a size 10. There was a very large selection, which isn't always easy to find. Overall, a solid stop if you're looking for quality denim and shoes, but also know that it's Nordstrom Rack so options will always vary.
