Hired this company to do multiple projects in my home and they were unable to install bathtub…read morefixtures. They claimed walls were "too thick" and extensions were needed. They disposed of original fixtures and I had no working bathtub for 2 months while they claimed they were trying to get parts. Was finally told bathtub fixtures could not be installed unless I removed tile. Since the owner of this company stated he could not get the job done he agreed to issue a partial refund. No refund has been received. I hired another plumber who had no problem installing bathtub fixtures.
