We did have a conversation on my last visit, but she did not state that he could not return. I will never go to this store for anything ever again. The grooming staff was pretty rude from the beginning and the groomers lack communication skills. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful, only one or two employees I avoid. Prices and layout mirror all of the other tractor supply stores I've been to. There are sometimes groups selling things right outside the front door and they're a little too friendly/pushy, so I skip going if I see them and come back another day.
