This company was contracted to apply a new finish on a firearm. The new finish was applied and found to be acceptable by the customer (me) on November 8, 2019. The firearm was placed in a canvas pistol case, taken home and locked in a gun locker. On October 21, 2020, the firearm was taken back out of the gun locker and taken to a firing range. Attempts to fire the weapon failed. Upon closer examination, the firearm was missing its firing pin and the associated mechanism that held it in place. Since it had been locked away since retrieved from the gunsmith, obviously these parts were never installed. The business owner was notified that day about the missing parts. He completely denied any involvement in the removal or failure to install the missing parts. In fact, he accused the customer (me) of removing the parts and claiming he did it. So far he has refused to accept responsibility. He has not pursued finding replacement parts and if he were to find some, he has said he would not be financially responsible for their procurement or installation. This is obviously a business I will avoid in the future. read more

An indoor range for (2) people in a lane for $15 and it includes eye and hearing protection. Can't be beat. I brought my brother-in-law and nephew who were in from California and had have never shot a gun in their lives here. When we were done shooting my pistol, the clerk behind the counter named David went the extra mile and asked if they wanted to shoot one of his rifles since they were from California had never shot one. Aside from the reasonable pricing, David made the experience fantastic and most worthwhile. We would all come back here again in a heartbeat!!

He didn't bother us. I didn't see the fat guy the lady mentioned. It's not the newest or cheapest range but the location is great and I don't have anything to complain about. I do hear it gets packed on Tuesday mornings, Friday afternoon, and all day Saturday. Their hours are: Tuesday - Saturday 9:00-800pm

Went there to get some pants hemmed on a Wednesday. Put them on, pinned them up, said they'd be done next Friday. No biggy right? All should be good? Wrong. I had to go out of town unexpectedly that next Thursday and tried to call the number on the listing to alert him to find out the number was disconnected/not updated. No biggy, I'll just see him when I get back and I'm sure he'll understand right? Well fast forward to the next Tuesday (the week after I was supposed to pick them up), to find the open sign lit up with no one there. Call the number on the sign outside to find this time it works. Well, he doesn't remember me, sounds confused, and said he'd be there in like 5 minutes. Gets there, we go in, and to find out, HE HASNT EVEN DONE THE HEM. Almost 2 weeks and never touched it. He hands me some pants that look like mine to get them hemmed again because it seemed like the pins came out, but to find out, they weren't even mine! My pants were on some clothes pile hung over the dressing room door. Not marked. Not notated as to who's who's. Nothing. The only reason I found them is because the brand they were and they stuck out to me when I went looking. He hemmed them there, left some kind of stain or some liquid on a part of the legs and everything. Which I took to the cleaners after to get cleaned. Then, after everything said and done, ask me to rate him 5 stars. Very unprofessional and will find any other service out in HRL to go to next time instead.

We have also had the same technician Omar inspect our home every time before spraying the chemicals around the house. He always answers our questions we might have during all of his visits and he is always very professional. I highly recommend Orkin for your next pest control company. I also recall asking Omar why should we stay with Orkin, how is your company different from the others? He explained to me unlike other regular "mom and pop" pest control companies who use the same pesticide in every visit, Orkin will utilize a different one. That way they can eliminate every type of insect that a previous pesticide didn't work. That sold me to stay with them. Plus they are there when they say they will be there.
