He was very polite and knew what had to be done, very professional in all ways. Told me what needed to be done to get the new insert order and into my window. Said it might be 2 weeks to get the order back, but they received it in one week. They called and the same technician can back that day and got the job completed. The price for washing is pretty high I don't care much for the dryer prices because I air dry a lot of my stuff (don't want fading on some of my clothes) .... The one good thing about this location is the hours of operation that to me is great! I'm a early bird!! On the dryer situation I did not like that you had to put in a whole dollar just to start the dryer most places you can put in one quarter to just start the machine.... I feel like this place forces people to spend the money ..maybe for some people this place is cheap but honestly it is not not by a long shot especially since many people in this area do not have washer and dryers at home. The place looked dirty the ceilings looked like the panels needed to be changed out or replaced the tables were clean and nice looking the machines (most of them ) looked new some of them looked very old.(not pictured for other peoples privacy that were in the establishment)

Supplied the material and was told by the owner that he was going to do all the work. Didn't happen. Promised to be completed in 2-3 days. Didnt happen. Took 5 days and when I arrived at 5pm on Friday afternoon it still wasn't completed. They forgot to install a window panel and hookup electrical lines to activate the door controls. And per my 1st negative post, they Broke my windshield which cost me $978.26 for an oem replacement for my Toyota Sienna Limited Premier Van. NEVER WILL I RETURN and I will tell everyone I know how I got royally SCREWED.
