I work long hours in HVAC, especially this time of year, and I live about an hour away from the shop. Dillon called Sunday to let me know it cleared and that I could come pick it up, but I didn't receive the message until Monday night. When I called Tuesday morning, I was told the gun had already been sold and that I could be placed on a wait list instead. After driving out there, waiting on the background delay, and trying to coordinate around work, that was really disappointing to hear. I understand inventory moves quickly, but I feel like more time should have been given considering the circumstances and the communication we had beforehand. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter, and I won't be returning.

I was going to spend almost $700 on a new pistol and ammunition, but they only had one of the particular model I wanted and it was the wrong variation. That wasn't even an issue for me, but when I asked about ordering the one I wanted, it wasn't an option. I thought that was odd, but I guess they didn't need the business and I wasn't going to argue.
