What a fun novelty shop! This place is crawling with most any costume or costume accessory you can…read moredream up. It's a suitable environment for Halloween-time preparations, definitely. This could also be just an awesome spot to generate ideas if you're an artsy person. My boyfriend and I had stopped here without knowing such a masquerade mecca existed, but it became clear pretty fast: Balloons, Etc. & The Costume Emporium has a high cool factor if you're open to whacky stuff and associated oddities. The staff member was also friendly and open to answering my questions. Because when you're in a place this curious, you're bound to be wondering a thing or two! Needless to say, my inner young kid spirit was on full display, much like the many masks presented across the store. I wish there were more treasures like this shop. I give it my support, and you should, too. You might even be inspired to buy something you don't need (yet)!
