Aero Rental & Party Shoppe is one of a handful of rental spots in the area. Their pricing is high when it comes to tables/chairs/tents-- as compared to a few others I have used/price checked. THAT being said. They do have a stellar selection of odd items to rent. For instance, I was throwing a shindig for my dad. It was baseball themed and we wanted to make a 'concession stand' of sorts. *Enter* Hot Dog warmer. *Enter* Popcorn Machine. Aero had the selection we wanted at the price we needed. (They also allowed you to purchase popcorn from them! Super convenient.) They were very quick to respond. Pricing was pretty on point for those items, all things considered. There are things you need to buy and there are things you hope you never, ever need to use again-- for those things go to Aero Rental. Last year, we rented all the major wedding stuff (tent, chairs, tables) from Aero Rental, went in a bunch of times to discuss little items like chafing dishes, beverage coolers, serving dishes. Each time we were treated with just the right amount of service-- not too clingy but not completed ignored. Prices were reasonable and the service when they delivered the items was exactly right- right time, right place, right set-up. This year, we are renting a bunch of stuff to fix up the house we bought. Wallpaper steamer, floor sanders, chain saw-- things we hope we never need to use again. The guy remembered me from our wedding adventures at the store, remembered my name when I returned the equipment and generally made my rental experience quick and easy! read more

I have rented from these guys many times and started to like their service. I started renting from them exclusively and then had an overcharge from them that they refused to fix.. And when I mentioned that I have been staying loyal to them and would appreciate some help when seven of the days I rented the machine five of them it rained. Putting only four hours on the machine and they want to charge me $1700. All while renting a lift for a month and giving them another $4800. Which was also way overpriced when their drivers are already around the area and they charge two times the amount per gallon of any gas station. read more

I have grown up going to Aero Rental where we might rent things to use on the farm or for celebrations and party supplies. The store has an awesome selection of mylar balloons for every occasion along with supplies and decorations for a variety of occasions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have great suggestions when you are not sure about things. The staff is very flexible and willing to make times work the best for you as they can. I have used Aero for my family's celebrations and now for my grandchildren's as well. I had ordered a balloon bouquet for one of our daughters baby shower and one of the balloons I wanted hadn't come in yet so they made a substitution which worked out better than what I had ordered and was priced higher. They did not charge me the difference. Even though my daughters both live 3 hours away I still get balloons here as they are made up and ready to go, and they have also gone the extra mile and have given me extra balloons at no charge so if one doesn't make the trip I have an extra. read more

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE should anyone rent from this company. We paid 6k for a wedding tent rental and they were unreachable at a time of need, First they placed the floor in the wrong location, luckily they were able to send someone out to fix it. They acted as if we were in the wrong and the placement was where it should be. it was crooked and simply not in the correct location. The absolute worse thing was that they never left the additional sides that they charged us for. THIS CAUSED so many problems. We got hit with a bad storm and people were FREEZING and soaking wet , we had NO way to contact someone to come out and we were left with NO options. Literally people left the wedding early because of the cold. It seems completely wrong that they have NO after hour contact information when things like this happen. read more

Aero Rental is the best!! I needed something small: balloons for my mother's 85th birthday. They REALLY went the extra mile for me: I arrived by foot at closing time but they cheerfully helped me select balloons and arranged them beautifully, as a floral arrangement! Then the owner offered to give me a ride back to the place where I was staying! I accepted. I'm so grateful. They're amazing! read more

If you're looking for random oddities for an event or occasion to help set a desired ambiance, Aero is unique. They helped us with a few items for our 1930's themed wedding. We rented a velvet rope and chrome post set up for a red carpet photo set we created. It helped tie the whole theme together! read more

I have used this service many times but when I was charged for items that I did not purchase they refused to refund my money even though there was enough evidence to prove I did not purchase the items and I have spent a lot more than that in the past. I would never recommend this rental shop to any bride. Your day deserves to be beautiful. Luckily I had planned for more tables than I needed, because many of the linens I received were ripped, stained, and pilled. Also they were unable to fulfill my order as paid for months in advance and gave just one days notice. If you want a quality rental experience for your big day, pay the extra money and go with Spielman's. read more

Made our reservation over the phone. Items arrived in decent condition, but on time. Some items that I asked for were not delivered, but luckily we were not charged for them. Scrambled to find somewhere else to find these items at the last minute. Delivery and set up was pretty painless, they asked if we wanted them to hang the lights for us. We said yes thinking it was part of the cost, but it turned out to be an extra LARGE added charge, just for hanging some dumb lights. We were never made aware of this in advance. Additionally we were not made aware of all of the insurance costs and damage waivers (which should be returned if items are not damaged). We made the reservation over the phone and were only quoted the cost of the equipment and delivery, not for all of the other stuff. I was never made aware of the other costs, but were charged for them. Told them I would not pay for items I was not made aware of in advance and did not sign for. Did not hear anything from them for many MONTHS, until a collection agency contacted me via EMAIL demanding the full amount due in 5 days. And I mean full amount, including the amount of the deposit and the money I had already paid for the equipment and the delivery. So not only were they charging me for the items I was not made aware of, they were now sending a collection agency after me via email (seriously, email....I NEVER received anything in writing from the collection agency) demanding twice the cost of the equipment plus the cost of items that I never agreed to. I contacted the collection agency 3 times trying to find out if they were legitimate since I only had an email from them. Tried contacting Aero Rental for some sort of clarification. Next thing I know I get a second email from the collection agency now only asking for the amount of the items I did not agree to. So I know that they got my calls and messages because they fixed the amount. Still had not heard anything back from the collection agency confirming that they were legitimate, nor had the owner bothered to contact me to clarify why I was being charged for items that I did not agree to and was not made aware of until after the fact. 3 weeks later, I finally received an email from the owner with an attachment "showing" that I had in fact signed for these items, which when I go back to my copy of the contract the items are not in fact listed. In the end, the cost was only a few hundred dollars and I did not think it was worth going to court over, so I paid it and said goodbye to this horrible company. I don't care how much more expensive any other company might be, I will NEVER use or recommend Aero Rental to anyone again. They are smug, sneaky, unprofessional and they take advantage of people they know they can manipulate. Horrible business for items that were only in ok condition. Awful awful awful...spend a few extra bucks for good service and good equipment from Big 10 Rentals or another company. Have I mentioned how awful Aero Rental is. Disgusting business tactics. Should be ashamed of themselves. Probably very nice to their local and frequent customers, awful to people they know they can take advantage of. End of story. Go ANYWHERE else. read more

We rented linens from Aero for our wedding reception. Our caterer rented the dishware, dining ware, etc., of which we were not responsible. While our caterer set up our tables and serving line, she noted that many of the linens were dirty. They were--many appeared to have grease marks on them. The caterer suggested we contact Aero and ask for a discount. When we did, Aero put us on the phone with the manager who argued with us regarding the caterer's order, of which they had not even yet checked in. Instead of offering us a discount, she went on and on regarding what she was waiting on from the caterer, even though she admitted that our order was completely separate from our caterer's. In other words, she complained about another "customer" to us in an attempt to avoid addressing the dirty linens. We stopped the conversation then, as we were worried she would make an attempt to screw us any way possible. Go with Big 10 Rental. read more
