I requested a refund which he rejected. I advised I'd issue a chargeback. He told me to go ahead, so I did. Fast forward about a week I get a voicemail from charles explaining to me that because I issued a charge back I am in possession of an illegal firearm (which is entirely false per the ATF) and that he would be sending the ATF to raid my home. So unless you want to patronize a company that likes to threaten their customers with a government agency known for killing gun owners and their dogs, I'd avoid this place. P.S. The funny thing is, I was on the phone with a buddy of mine who was helping me pick out a handful of handguns, ammo and helping me about a couple rifles. The employee scolded me about not seeing the sign that was clearly on the door walking in, my bad, Mr. A^%#hole Meanwhile, I'm outside still on the phone with my buddy and playing with the hedges while I was walking and talking and he had been watching me on the cameras inside and decided to come out the door and tell me to stop picking on the bushes and told Me I need to leave the premises. As a small business owner, I have to do everything in my power to create the best customer service ever to be competitive in the marketplace and also make sure that I keep my customers coming back. This guy in his trip of control and ego and power turned a man that had pocket of $7500 in cash to spend today. And I've been a loyal repeat customer in the past. Now I'll never do business in this with Frontiersman Sports again!! It's beyond uncomfortable and I'm disappointed beyond repair!! This is the first review I'll be writing about the disrespect! I recently ordered online some remanufactured ammo from Blok Tactical. The ammo was made from a company called Kinetic Range. I went out to shoot my sig p220 .45ACP on my birthday and the last round in my mag was apparently double charged because the gun pretty much blew up in my hand. I thankfully kept all my digits but it didn't feel great. I sent it back to Sig and they had to replace the entire upper including the barrel,the grips, and a 10 round magazine. I wasn't able to contact Kinetic Range so I contacted the people who sold it to me, Blok Tactical. To make a long story short, I never heard from Kinetic Range and Nick at Blok Tactical gave me the runaround. Pretty shameful nobody stepped up to their products errors. I was more than patient and reached out to them numerous times to make it right. Unfortunately, this happens all too often in todays business environment. I didn't ask for anything from either Blok Tactical or Kinetic Range but to be refunded for the crap ammo that blew up my gun. Needless to say I will never use remanufactured ammo again and I would strongly encourage ya'll to spread the word about this crap ammo and crap companies.

Online, I bought what I thought was new ammunition because "re-manufactured" was not used in the title or the description of the ammunition. Every other website that I have been too labels their product as such if it is re-manufactured. I emailed the CEO and he returned my email to tell me that the bullets are re-manufactured. When I emailed him back saying that the website is deceiving and provides false advertisement, he refrained from emailing me back. Nice customer service.
