I was looking online to see if they carry converse, as I was looking for a pair of regular black chucks. When I entered the store there were tons of staff all over which is nice to see these days. I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. Just didn't like the vibes all around.

I recently ordered online some remanufactured ammo from Blok Tactical. The ammo was made from a company called Kinetic Range. I went out to shoot my sig p220 .45ACP on my birthday and the last round in my mag was apparently double charged because the gun pretty much blew up in my hand. I thankfully kept all my digits but it didn't feel great. I sent it back to Sig and they had to replace the entire upper including the barrel,the grips, and a 10 round magazine. I wasn't able to contact Kinetic Range so I contacted the people who sold it to me, Blok Tactical. To make a long story short, I never heard from Kinetic Range and Nick at Blok Tactical gave me the runaround. Pretty shameful nobody stepped up to their products errors. I was more than patient and reached out to them numerous times to make it right. Unfortunately, this happens all too often in todays business environment. I didn't ask for anything from either Blok Tactical or Kinetic Range but to be refunded for the crap ammo that blew up my gun. Needless to say I will never use remanufactured ammo again and I would strongly encourage ya'll to spread the word about this crap ammo and crap companies.

Online, I bought what I thought was new ammunition because "re-manufactured" was not used in the title or the description of the ammunition. Every other website that I have been too labels their product as such if it is re-manufactured. I emailed the CEO and he returned my email to tell me that the bullets are re-manufactured. When I emailed him back saying that the website is deceiving and provides false advertisement, he refrained from emailing me back. Nice customer service.

They actually have a fairly decent selection of fishing gear. There was no service or anyone who seemed available to help. This seems a common complaint Check out was slow. I find shopping at Dick's a bit depressing as there is a notable lack of knowledgeable service. There is plenty of parking however and the location is convenient.

I wore them walking when I got home and I had the wrong socks on. They were uncomfortable. Today I had my Feetures socks on and did the 5K and it was better. With 20% off and being marked down, they still were $95.00. Oh well, YOLO.
