Paid my deposit and never heard from him again. After repeated messages to him, 3 days later he claims to have gotten the starter, but that it was used and he would need to reorder. Proceeds to reorder and then goes silent again. Only after I threatened legal action did I get a response, almost a week after I paid my deposit. After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.

I needed to have 3 electrical breakers moved from the main panel to a new electrical sub-panel. No repairs, no corrective work; just simple installation. I even provided essentially all of the components need to perform the work. I was promised that work would be done in 2 days. It took over a week for this work, which could have been done in a few hours by a skilled technician. I was charged for 17 hours of labor amounting to $2,000. When I complained about the bill, the manager retorted: "IF YOU WERE NOT SUCH A SMALL GUY, I WOULD HIT YOU RIGHT NOW AND TAKE YOU OUT." After I paid the bill, he still refused to give me my keys.
