What an incredible experience. I stayed nearby and desperately needed a pedicure. The concierge called and made an appointment for me. Everyone was so pleasant and my horrible feet look beautiful. We've never been to a spa where you could also get full menu of drinks. After our pedicures sat on the terrace and had drinks. They use only fresh ingredients in their drinks which was even better. Amazing place and probably the best pedicure we have ever had. Very very highly recommend. read more

I came in and asked to be blonde. they told me it would be roughly $175. The person who did my hair parted my hair down the side instead of the middle, like I asked. They proceeded to dye my hair (thinking I had a side part, without me realizing) blonde but only sections, which is not what I wanted. They then blow dried and did a bunch of other procedures without my permission knowing it would add up. They finished by parting my hair to the side when naturally I like it in the middle, so now I have a bunch of patchy blonde pieces on one side and a completely brown head of hair on the other. I wish they had asked which way I part my hair and told me how much I would end up paying, which was about $400! read more

By far my favourite salon to go to. Impeccable service for great prices. Don't expect it to be cheap, it is part of Ogilvy after all, but they are very reasonable in their pricing. My mother and I have been coming here for years and their treatment has never ceased to amaze us. Tony is extremely kind, funny, and sociable; he owns my hair and I never let anyone else touch it. Laure and Zeina are my favourite aestheticians there and are very knowledgeable, helpful, and delicate. O Coiffure welcomes you with open arms and smiles. Sure, you will probably pay more than that hole in the wall around the corner, but here you get great quality, a great establishment, and the finest treatment. Beware of their prices! I was quoted a range for hair straightening and they exceeded that price by $50 and then tried to sell me $200 worth of shampoo and conditioner on top of it all. I think they may attract foreigners who don't understand the exchange rate because the bill for 2 hours of hair care was over $600! I will never go back. I felt like I was mugged. read more

Went in for a spur of the moment haircut. Booked the same day online with no trouble (they even called/emailed to confirm which I appreciated) and was set up with Remy. I had a clear vision of what I wanted, but Remy basically had his own idea of what I should have done and was only going to do that. Originally, I was upset that I wasn't being listened to, but after the cut was done I could not be more pleased! The products they used to shampoo/condition made my hair feel SO soft and the end result was both flattering and fun. This was also the only time someone has managed to blow dry my hair without it coming out a big poofy mess! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a more pricey (but worth it!) haircut and are flexible in the cut/style that you end up with. read more

Lea is the best! And I disagree with the prior review. I received an amazing hair cut, blow out, coffee and complimentary makeup touch up for 75$ before tip. That's a steal as far as I am concerned. Lea was super helpful in designing my hair cut for my facial features and for my goal of having a very professional look. She also taught me how to correct my flawed styling technique. The service here is impeccable and the staff are very friendly. Whether you are a customer or waiting for someone they offer you a drink while you wait (eg coffee or water). It is very clean and well maintained. The view over the city is nice as it makes it a bright pleasant place to be. By far the worst experience I have had at OCoiffure Salon. I was there last week for the very first time and was very disappointed with the customer service of the estetician Laure. I was expecting good service if not the best. I was visiting Montreal from Atlantic Canada and was interested in the Swiss line products carried only by this salon only. My sister has been using the their products for quite sometime and was raving about how great the product was. As her own salon that she goes to discontinued the product, we decided to look for another salon which carries this product and ended up at OCoiffure at OGilvy Montreal. I was looking for a very short consultation by an Estetician to make sure if the product was even right for me. As I was waiting at the front counter at the salon for one, Laure came half way and called me with her finger to go towards her rather than her coming to me. She gave me some very confusing information and when I mentioned that I was confused with her information she asked me quote "why can't you understand what I am saying to you"? I found that extremely rude but just thought that it was due to a language barrier as her English was not the best. She eventually suggested the Day cream and an eye serum after which I was taking a picture of the product ( to see if I could find it in Atlantic Canada for future purchase) and she right away blurted that "if you want to buy it on line then do not waste my time". If I wanted to buy it on line to begin with, I would not have driven all the way to the only salon carrying this product in Montreal. I find her attitude extremely rude and unprofessional and this is definitely not the way to treat a customer who is visiting your salon for the first time. I still bought the product for almost 250$ but will never go back again to her or that salon after this extremely shocking experience of such a bad customer service. read more
