I came in for recurring vertigo. Dr. Gupta said I should perform the Brandt-Daroff maneuver, not the Epley maneuver. He thinks the Epley maneuver can't be performed properly without a therapist. This is not in line with two other ENTs I had seen, and reputable medical websites. Well I had another vertigo episode the next week and did as Dr. Gupta advised and that was a mistake. The Brandt-Daroff maneuver made me extremely sick for the entire day. I contacted the office regarding my experience and the office manager was a real peach to deal with. I have been Dr. Gupta's patient for years; he is professional, kind, knowledgable, and friendly. Initially I had severe sinus headaches in which was the worst pain ever. I ended up having the balloon sinus surgery, healed quick and Dr. Gupta also corrected a couple abnormalities and here I am living a much better quality of life. Now we are working on my allergies and I am still very pleased with all of the care he has provided me. Words can't express how much better I feel, it's like living a new life. Dr. Gupta misdiagnosed my case of thyroid cancer, causing me to delay treatment for months over that time which my cancer has spread into my chest. It took three surgeries to treat my cancer at that later stage which could have been taken care of earlier. He told me the lump in my neck was benign and to remove it would be a "cosmetic" procedure that insurance would not cover. If you are worried about any sort of cancer, please go to a qualified doctor who can help you. I would advise you to seek treatment elsewhere. read more

Dr. Gupta has seen my son for a failed newborn hearing screen. When I brought him to the appointment the front staff was so helpful and very professional! When I met doctor he was very friendly. When doing his evaluation he went into details about what he saw, and different plan of actions. I never felt rushed or pushed into surgery, if failure of treatment then it would be something we would have to think about! He was very great with my son! We ended up having a hearing test and was able to get right in. I was happy and satisfied with my experience! I highly recommend this adult & pediatric ENT I will have to say I'm surprised about his reviews because he's one of the best doctors I've been to in a while! Great doctor. Very good with patients. Where he finds the women to work in the front desk is something else again. I've walked into a busy waiting room and had one of them say, loudly, "You owe your co-pay from last time. We need you to pay it now". The type of insurance I have does not require co-pays - anywhere. It's one of the major reasons I got it. Regardless, it's unprofessional, to say the least. They all seem to have a chip on their shoulder and see their relationship with patients as adversarial. Again, the doctor is extremely good. read more

The doctor himself is fantastic but he hires some foolish front desk girls. I called the office 2 weeks ago and took care of my menial 25 dollar co pay and received a terrible, rude voicemail yesterday that if I did not call her back that very day she was sending me to collections for 25 dollars. I called back and then my daughter was crying and I told her I'd call back when my kids were calm. I call back and now I am told that I owe 125 dollars because now I have a 100 dollar statement fee. These incompetent women told me 2 weeks ago my account was up to date. I never received any statements or phone calls besides the rude one threatening to send me to collections. I am livid with these women and I have witnessed them being rude to other patients firsthand. Avoid this place and save yourself the headache! read more

Seen Gupta to get a simple cauterization on my septum to stop my nose from bleeding. After the surgery that he could supposedly do "in his sleep" im left with a dime-sized HOLE halfway up my septum, both of my nasal passage walls collapsed and a constant whistle anytime i breath through my nose - when I actually can. I can say without a doubt this man ruined my life, cursing me with a permanent stuffy nose, little to no sense of smell, and worst of all, MY NOSE STILL BLEEDS. Terrible excuse for a surgeon. I went to this office for the first time because I was sent there. Doctor was Ok but the office itself charges ridiculously outrage amount of Office visit. First time was 165 dollars and my insurance didn't cover it. 430 dollars for just a hearing test that all lasted maybe 10 mins. Thankfully I did not have to pay the amount because it was being paid by the state govt for my hearing loss. They kept billing me for 430 dollars each month, threatening me that they were going to send me to the Collection Agency when the agreement between the state / doctor's office that I was not responsible for the payment and yet I kept calling the office to demand that they quit billing me for the bill that I was not responsible for and it was already paid to them by the state. They continued to send me the bill for 7 months - call each month demanding them to remove me off the billing because I was not responsible, they assured me that I wouldn't see the bill again...but I did for 7 months because they did not clear me from their systems like they should have done in the beginning. They kept saying Oh yeah you are all set and you won't see the bill again. While I was in there getting my docs, there was a lady in there bringing back hearing aids that she had bought there for 6,000 dollars, she found the same hearing aids at Costco's for 2000 dollars. She was shocked that Gupta's office charged a lot of money for these same hearing aids. They gave her a hard time but she demanded a receipt to show that she returned it back because they weren't going to give it to her at first but the good thing she did when she left she had proof that she returned it and could use it against them if they didn't refund her money back into the Credit card.
