I was called a number of times by a automated message system to schedule, but it won't put you through to anyone - you have to login to their portal and schedule. Once I was able to hack through the scheduling nonsense, I was planned to see Dr. Hong in a specific location, and when I arrive the location was dark, and no one home. I'm 100% positive I planned the visit at this location, as it was a 10-minute drive for me vs 1-2 hours. I was specific about it. I was told this was not the case. Again - after dealing with their automated nonsense to talk to a human, many of their staff were rude, and un-empathetic. I was understandably irritated, and the staff doubled down. I just received a letter of refusal to treat, which is fine - as I wouldn't get paid to go back there but shows their real colors to just cut you off, and leave you deaf if you get irritated, they made you arrange time off work, have a terrible teleprompt system to contact, and told you the wrong location for your appointment.

Hinderliter sold me hearing aids (which didn't work) after only 1/2 hour quickie of a test. Yes, all is spic and span and smiling there - but: is that a priority? It costs S350 to make a good hearing aid - so you can calculate Hinderliter's profit margins! Do ask questions!!!

I told her I understood she wanted me to get a new hearing aid, but I had some questions. She, still, didn't answer any of them. She said my warranty was up. I told her it was not, which is wasn't. She, then, got up and left the room. The receptionist was, equally, rude and curt, weeks ago when I called, when I went in, and at time of office visit. Go elsewhere.

I went to over 6 ENT's, including my old ENT, and none of them believed me or wanted to help me. Through a doctors referral, I found Dr. Compton and his associates. Dr. Compton was awesome!!! He recommended an in-office procedure that corrected my breathing and helped with my sleeping. Past doctors had me go through sleep studies and unnecessary procedures that cost me money, and ignored my problem.
