Her name is Katie Golly and SHE IS FABULOUS!!!! Katie is a true natural talent in the field of psychotherapy. She is not just a great therapist, but a very genuine person and a real source of personal support. Katie is especially keen on helping those of us who are LGBTQ and is a true friend to the entire community. You will find no judgement here but instead total and complete acceptance of who you are. Not only has my experience with Katie been excellent but the office staff is friendly, polite, kind and compassionate. The physical office itself is beautifully decorated with all sorts of cool colors and textures and shapes and just has fantastic energy from the moment you walk in! He was very friendly and thorough asking many questions to assess if I had muscle, nerve damage or worse. The center was great about scheduling future sessions thereafter that met my needs. They even provided a print out of all of the session dates and times which was very helpful vs me trying to add them all down on my calendar in one go! They have many exercise machines to meet the needs of whatever you're going there for. Easy in and out appointments!

Though at first I was in doubt about therapy, Richard was so thorough by the time I had my follow up with my surgeon they thought I was finished therapy. Thank you Richard for my life back! I was always tired after leaving you but you whipped me into shape! I am so grateful and blessed to have had Richard at Amita Health Outpatient. I have been a patient for over 10 years. I saw Dr Malik before she started referring me over to…read moreisha. I would zoom her about every 6 weeks then 8 then a couple months for med refills. I ran out of Klonopin on a Tuesday a medication they filled for me for 10 years. I didn't receive a notification that it was ready by Friday so I called my pharmacy. They said the Dr hadn't approved it yet. I called the office at 3 as soon as I found out it wasn't being approved. I tried leaving a voicemail for Isha but someone from the office just picked up. I explained what was happening and she told me they won't fill prescriptions if I haven't been seen for over 3 months. I told her I didn't know that. She said it would be in the paperwork. Ugh that was 10 years ago I don't remember. I told her I was having extreme panic attacks due to the sudden stop of the medication. She told me there was nothing they could do. She wouldn't even offer to try to contact Isha. I made an appointment which wouldn't be for 5 more days so I decided to see if I could get a hold of Dr Malik. Same thing as with previous phone call. I hadn't slept for 3 days because I have restless legs and that is what the medication is prescribed for me for. So another sleepless night and get up Saturday crying shaking head feeling like it could explode, ringing in my ears, shaking, jumpy. I look up Dr Google and it says to never stop Klonopin abruptly that it causes all the symptoms I was having as well as strokes and seizures. I called the office again at 11:00 am and talked to an emergency line that told me they were going to try to get a hold of a Dr. It is 2:00 in the morning now. I never got a call and I will be awake again. They DO NOT Care! I could literally die. I have never abused medication. I get my 30 day supply and refill it after 30 days but since I've been taking it for 20+ years so my body is used to it. I have not felt cared for by them for years but it was easy to do a zoom visit and be done. I never expected anything like this to happen. Terrible horrible thing to put someone through because you're lazy.

I was referred to Tracy by a family member that works here. I was a patient for over a year. I…read morereally loved talking with Tracy and she helped me navigate through a hard time. We seemed to be on the same page with my goals and options and I valued her opinion. On 8/10 I had an appointment to discuss finally treating my ADHD. It took me years to even consider medication, but felt confident that she could help. Our session went great! She advised me of 3 different medication options. I am very sensitive to medications, so I requested the one that my son had done well with since I was already hesitant to try anything. She said she would fill it but warned me my insurance may not approve coverage. I understood and we left it as, if they declined the medication we would discuss something else. A week passed after that and I hadn't heard anything so I called and spoke with Ari. Med was declined but they were working on trying to get it approved and if not they'd help me find another option or maybe pay out of pocket. Ari was kind and helpful, even though she had to be the middle man for Tracy. After an entire MONTH of working with Ari to figure of WHAT medication Tracy was going to try since the preferred one was declined, WHAT meds my insurance will even approve, and even WHEN Tracy would let me know what we will be doing I finally left a VM that said hey, if we can't figure this out by the end of the week I'm just done. Short version- I started the drug 9/12 and by 9/15 I had high blood pressure, eye pain, confusion, and other concerning symptoms. I reached out Monday to schedule my follow up appointment and I asked Ari if I should be concerned of these symptoms, she PROMISED that she would have Tracy call me by the end of the day to make sure I was ok. She warned me to NOT stop the medication until I spoke with Tracy. By Wednesday by BP was even higher and I could hardly function. I called and Ari said "she didn't call you back yet?" NOPE. She said she would talk to her and get back to me. They were open until 7pm and still, NOTHING. By Thursday at 9AM I called multiple times and no one answered me so I left a very frustrated voice mail. Hello? Is this normal? Should I stop this medication? Why does no one return phone calls like this? Well to my surprise guess who finally called me? TRACY! I was so relieved she called and asked me what was going on. I told her my symptoms and she said to STOP the meds. Great, that's all I wanted to know! Then she asked me why I was calling so many times in the last month and that my behavior was super suspicious and she thinks my ANXIETY was CONCERNING TO HER. She said she has been "WATCHING ME" and then told me she intentionally was "PUMPING THE BREAKS" on HELPING ME because she saw I was communicating with Ari to figure out what the plan was. Excuse me? Did you just GASLIGHT your patient because you failed to effectively communicate a plan with me? I asked her why she didn't just call me and discuss that she felt concerned and she said she didn't talk to me ON PURPOSE. She admitted she was playing a MIND GAME with me. Absolutely not. Not only is that incredibly narcissistic, it is down right predatory. Tracy, you could kill someone with behavior as a psychiatrist like that. BE CAREFUL. Advocate for yourself and if you are starting a new medication have a back up plan in case she ghosts you and then blames YOU! Oh, and after she gaslit me she yelled at me, refused to let me talk, fired me, and hung up on me! Thank you for your professionalism. Unfortunate for me, I will never ever work with a psychiatrist again for mental health or medications. It was incredibly heartbreaking to hear her say those things about me and not take any ownership on how it was handled. Insinuating I'm crazy and that was justification for withholding care? I actually do think this is very out of character for her, but she definitely earned this one.

My child was diagnosed with Asperger's instead of ADHD. He taught a few things about this form of autism. We talked about the bullying aspects to this too. Dr. Casados is patient, pleasant and proper. My child was in middle school at that time but unfortunately, my child who is now an adult, have decided upon another psychologist who is closer to work.
