I came here because my knee had been hurting for over 2 months after sitting in a middle seat during a 12+ hour plane ride where I felt like I messed up a nerve or alignment somewhere. After trying a chiropractor, doing exercises through physical therapy and massage, I decided to try acupuncture. At this place, he first does about a 10 minute cupping session, then a 10 minute heating pad, then a 10 minute acupuncture then about a 5 minute massage.
