The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. We took pants for alterations and picked…read morethem up when they were ready. We paid, and when we got home realized there were no alterations done to the items. We drove all the way back to return them and were told they would be ready in a few days. We asked for a receipt or some sort of ticket to make sure there were no issues in picking them up since the services had been paid for yet not completed, and were given a business card and told no issues would arise. Today, when my mom goes to pick up the items she is denied her items and is basically called a liar by "Janie" or "Jamie". She tells her she can't give her her items and refused to call anyone to verify. My mom is forced to leave without her items that have been paid for. I then call the business and when I ask "Janie" her name she hangs up on me. I call again, she gives me her name then starts yelling at me saying I have no proof (when I wasn't even the person she spoke to at the shop). This lady has some serious issues, which she is taking out on customers. There is no reason for someone to hang up on a customer when they are asking normal questions in a civil manner. There's no reason to yell at a customer without even knowing what they're calling about. We are still trying to get our items from them. These people are straight up thieves!

You never know what you will find, but it's often worth a look. New facilities, nice parking, next to The Main Event in the Pharr Town Center. My wife noticed it was warm "hot" in the store. We mentioned it to the cashier who informed us the temperature is set and controlled by the corporate office. Another found some nice leather flats she liked. I went to the clearance rack and found some really nice Italian leather sandals originally priced at $195.00 on clearance for 89 dollars, but with the red sticker extra 30% off, and with another 25% off coupon that came via email, we got all three for $125.00! My sandals came out to $42. I'm not cheap, but I love a bargain! I'll definitely wear the nice sandals rather than my old flip flops around the house!

They also have a deal where if you take in 12 shirts to get pressed they'll only charge you $10.00 which comes out to $0.83 per shirt to be pressed and starched. The people that work here (who are the owners) only speak SPANISH, but they are learning some english. The place is located right next door to the Tea Rush Cafe on North 10th Street. They also only accept cash, NO CREDIT CARDS. I figured id come onto yelp and try to get these good people and their business on the map and write them their first review on the web. Their store hours are, Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm Not to sure about weekends
