In my most recent trip, one of the employees displayed behavior of someone who should not be working in a field that has contact with the customers. She verbalized her displeasure with customers coming in to shop because they were going to spread their germs & sickness to everyone. She also implied that other employees were not doing their job & putting new inventory together the previous day, even though she said they were extremely busy. I do not believe it is appropriate for an employee to discuss work related issues in front of customers or complain about customers coming to business at her place of employment, at least not to the customers.

Had my appointment last week rescheduled due to the storm that came through. Totally get it, they can charge those people alot more than me because of the emergency situation. I said fine, reschedule me for next week. They confirmed 5/30/24 was my appt date. About 10am on 5/30/24 I still hadn't heard from anyone with Tree Hugger regarding the window of time they would be arriving. I had to text them to ask. Original time window from the original appt was 11am-2pm. So without being told different, thats what I assumed for the rescheduled appointment. Stupid me I guess, they said it would be between 1pm and 2 pm on 5/30/24. It gets past 2 pm and they call to say that they are going to now arrive at 3 pm. 3 Pm rolls on by and I get another call about how they aren't going to be able to make it to do the job I contracted them for and I need to reschedule again. Needless to say I cancelled as fast as possible. Additionally the woman that runs their so-called "Customer Service" shouldn't even be on the phone in my opinion. Was extremely rude and threatening to not send the guys out. Word of advice - stay as far away from Tree Hugger as you can and go with a company that stands by their word and has more than 2 employees from the sound of it.
