If you want to be treated like a piece of crap, this is your place! Recently moved here and tried to get license and car registrations. Called ahead to be certain we would have what was needed with us. The first impression was what this place COULDN'T do for you. Then the power tripping of the staff took over while they concocted a crisis regarding my "paperwork", threatened, humiliated, and were pretty much Nazis about the whole thing. What about, "good morning, how can I help you" followed by a smile or an actual helpful attitude rather than barely looking at someone when they are told to get in front of you, muttering, sighing, loudly and rudely and complaining about your job? And dump the smug, arrogant power hungry and tripping aura you emit. It stinks. Funny how government employees can be allowed to treat people like little corporate slaves. And benefit mightily I am certain. I will be looking to local businesses and new neighbors as the REAL welcome to Oklahoma that I expected. Certainly won't find it in any government agency no matter what state you live in. read more

They appear to have flexible hours, but then arbitrarily decide when to stop accepting people. They said they stop accepting license renewals at 4:45pm M-Th, but that is a lie. read more

the ladies that work here are extremely crass and slow. I would definitely recommend making your way to the woodcrest tag agency. Even if you drive from Guthrie, it will save you time read more

With all the mess of trying to get your license right now this place is an absolute GEM! They take 5 walks in everyday Monday-Thursday at 9 AM and 5 more at 1PM. I showed up at 7:30 AM to make sure I was one of the first 5. The 5th person got there at a little after 8, they went ahead and accepted 6 people total. I was 4th and I was already done by 9:25. Excellent service and the ladies here were all extremely nice, I went ahead and got my tag updated on my car while I was there it was such a pleasant experience ‍. They also do unlimited license from 9-12 on Saturday's I believe. Maybe to someone who didn't do the proper research they could have a bad experience but I spent a month trying to get my license updated at various places and deciding to just go wait in line here was the best decision I ever made! If your not in the first 5 your really just gonna be wasting your time sitting and hoping for them to change their policy though, they accepted 6 the morning I went but there was at least 5 other people waiting who were inevitably sent home. read more

My only regret is that there's nothing less than one star. I sat in the parking lot and watched as the delivery man would not be allowed to enter because they were not open yet. They were there, he stood outside and knocked, but they would not allow him to enter. Then when I got in and asked to get my license I was told there would be a 30 minute wait because the delivery man had to install the package he was delivering. Does it get sorrier? read more

I have used this agency all my life & never had any problems. They are always polite & helpful. I get in & get right out. I know there have been changes with the staff over the years but again I haven't had any problems. read more

I have given this place 3 tries over the years. The first time I didn't know what I was doing and they laughed at me and the second they treated me like s***. I went again today and the older lady was super rude. Telling me she would charge $1500 for an Oklahoma tag and when I asked why she talked really slow repeating herself like I was dumb. I walked out and called another agency and she said that is crazy and that they can get me set up and it will not be that much at all. I can't wait till they go out of business. read more
