BEWARE USING THIS DENTIST WITH INSURANCE…read more I used this dentistry recently to have a new crown procedure. Christie's gave me the quote for my co-pay using my dental insurance, which I paid immediately. Shortly after the procedure, the insurance claim was denied due to Christie's mistake using a wrong claim code. Even worse, they waited over 180 days to file an claim appeal, and of course any appeal over 180 days is automatically denied. However, it even gets worse. Christie's then billed me 2x the contracted insurance rate for the procedure, which, by the way, is entirely their mistake. I'm fairly certain this is illegal as a provider is only allowed to charge the contracted rate.

Doc fixed my tooth with a simple filling that I've had no trouble with since. Dr. Peterson is an honest dentist who doesn't try and up-sell you with the most expensive dental work he can.
