Great experience! I've been coming to Harbour Point Dental Care for 3 years. Arrived 8 AM for a cleaning and attaching a crown. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The front desk team, specifically Delaney, was welcoming, smiling, happy and prompt.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Shelia, the registered dental hygienist, was terrific - on time, thorough exam, great explanations of what she was finding and doing. Always a pleasure seeing her. Dr. Zarish Mubarik examined my tooth to attach the crown and was wonderful: Thorough, listened carefully, explained what she was seeing on the x-rays, ensured the crown was fitting just right and cemented it all in about 15 minutes, including x-rays! read more

They have a temporary Doctor - Zarish Mubarik. My experience was so bad I walked out in the middle of a crown procedure. Thorough, professional with minimal wait Loved the idea they did NOT try to talk me into paying for more than my coupon. My husband is so happy with this dentist and staff. He was able to get in quickly as a new patient. He had an evaluation, a cleaning appointment and got his cavities filled in a follow-up and came how raving about how great they are each time. avoid harbor point dental. I was charged over $700 for a cleaning and check up. the insurance company paid less a portion but still over $200 out of pocket. this is not the first time I have heard of this abuse. find someone more respectable, imho read more

1st visit, the dentist that I had an appointment with was not even there - out of the office. 1/2 of my teeth cleaned, X-rays etc. charged a lot out of pocket. Never had to deal with this type of service with any other dental office. 2nd visit. Finished 2nd half of teeth cleaning - learned I had a credit because of their over charging. Credit towards next service. What bs! 3rd visit. Do not even bother going here. Look for a better dentist, technician and office staff. They change appointments without letting you know, change procedures without letting you know and waste your time, over charge you! They were blaming former staff member for the issues. I am doing a repost, I saw DrLaura Trombley DDS. First I will say the treatment I received was great. My complaint is the treatment plan did not give me the option to the crown that they used. The dentist uses codes for the most expensive treatment plan giving them the biggest buck for them and the most out pocket for you. My complaint is they contacted my dental insurance company through a app to verify coverage but not what was included/not included. My insurance company payed $878.40 dollars and I was explained that my cost out of pocket was $1257.50. But after the procedure and they received the payment from my dental insurance, then I was billed an additional $175.10. My insurance company told me that there are different types of crowns with different price ranges. They implanted a porcelain crown without explaining the options per the Freedom of Information Act that requires them to explain all the options in writing. I didn't have the opportunity to select the crown that suited my lifestyle or budget. read more

If you're looking for a reliable and professional dentist office, look no further! I had extreme wisdom tooth pain to the point where my face was completely swollen BEFORE the surgery. Called 5-10 other offices in the area, all of which told me the soonest they could see me for a consultation, not even the surgery, was months out. This office made sure to try to get me in the same day I called! The surgery itself went great! Dr. Trombly was very knowledgeable and efficient, her assistant Da-Oziie was fantastic! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time and it was a painless and pleasant experience. read more

Called to make a New Patient and the person who took my call was extremely rude. I asked if was a bother and if their was a reason behind their cold/harsh demeanor? Their response was a sigh and that was it for me. I didn't need to proceed with the scheduling process any longer. I hung up the phone. I called Wemmer Family Orthodontist and saw Dr Schoenfeld. She was amazing and I've recommended her to everyone I know. She and her staff were worth the drive to Sebastian! Very disappointed in the treatment I received at Harbor Point Dental. After my initial examination they recommended a deep cleaning of all four quadrants. The treatment I received was no more than a standard cleaning that took about 45 minutes, but I was charged $1,368. I discussed my concerns, but they basically said tough luck. After having made an appointment months in advance and receiving multiple text messages and emails confirming the appointment, I get a completely different time confirmation text the day before along with an email. When I called to question the time change at first the receptionist insisted that the appointment was later and she said she would have the hygenist call me. I never got a call back so I called and I was told that my appointment was cancelled due to the Dr. not being there and that they sent the "wrong" text message. Really?? Why couldn't I get a call that the dr. would not be in?? Then I'm told there's no availability for 3 months? Very unprofessional. read more
