This is an unfair review. This guy works very hard and his service is great from what I have…read moreheard. The reason he got an "A-OK" rating and not higher was from an interaction I had a long time ago. He was a little nutty but probably having a bad day. It's dam near impossible to get an A/C tech in the islands let alone a good one. I think it may be a new owner now and I heard great things so don't let the three stars fool you. Quite frankly the reason I am giving this a 3 star is to build up my yelp rating. If I don't review things lower than 4 stars the Yelp "computer" won't count me as a valuable contributor. Yes it's unfair but that is what I need to do. I hope people see how this is an unfair system and not really take these reviews too seriously.

For our surprise when we arrived at the apartment the lamps were taken out, they just left the bulbs instead of the whole lamp. Do not trust them when they say everything is inlcuded or you will end of like us...a rip off.

However, once I listed my house, things started to change. I continued asking questions politely, but the answers I received were vague and not very helpful. The first agent I worked with was always very kind and supportive. I even asked if he could stay as my main contact whenever I had questions, and he kindly agreed. He really did his best. But after signing, they switched me to another agent--something I would have understood if only they had been transparent about it from the start, especially since I had specifically asked. Unfortunately, my experience with the new agent has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, unprofessional, and often nonexistent. I've sent several messages without receiving any response or respect. I also found serious issues with the marketing. They claimed my property would be listed across more than 30 platforms, but that simply isn't true. Some platforms don't show the listing at all, others aren't updated, and most importantly, my property is not even listed on the MLS, which is a basic and essential tool for visibility. A close friend of mine who is a realtor confirmed these concerns. Overall, I feel deceived and disappointed. I would like my money refunded, and I cannot recommend this company at all.

Visiting San Juan for the first time and it occurred to me that I should celebrate myself and do a…read morephoto shoot! This was also my first time doing a professional photo shoot and Austyn went above and beyond to make this a comfortable experience for me. I don't take many pictures of myself and Austyn would make suggestions of different poses I could make. Austyn suggested we do the shoot in Old San Juan due to its majestic views of the city and rich history. While taking the pictures I received a brief tour of the city along with a historical lesson of the neighborhood. I particularly enjoyed walking along the different streets and taking it all in. Austyn exemplifies professionalism and was focused at all times on the natural lighting and angle of the pictures.
