I also love the quality of her products she uses on me, from her light weight lashes to her non irritating lash glue. Once she approached the owner and told her about exchanging it for a different one that wasn't ripped, the owner then tried to blame the damage on my wife and gave her a really hard time in exchanging it. Once my wife found what she wanted the owners customer service was very very unprofessional as she asked if she wanted a bag and gave her a bag but didn't bag the clothes for her and very unwillingly put her change on the counter. On top of selling damaged clothes and poor customer service I do not recommend for anyone to support this awful business.
