She helped 4 customers before me and I was there before all of them. Elizabeth was rude the whole time. My return experience was not what I expected. I expected the employee to be professional. Shame on you management at Ross. You need to train your employees better.

First of all the Savemart Plaza parking lot was full (!!) I'd never seen anything like it This is it! Whoever in the developers who brought this idea (reasonable price retail store) into Los Banos was brilliant idea. I had read an article of an opening here Ross, folks who live around here all goes out of town to shop those items what Ross carries. I keep pray for LB town's prosperity this is the start. Once she approached the owner and told her about exchanging it for a different one that wasn't ripped, the owner then tried to blame the damage on my wife and gave her a really hard time in exchanging it. Once my wife found what she wanted the owners customer service was very very unprofessional as she asked if she wanted a bag and gave her a bag but didn't bag the clothes for her and very unwillingly put her change on the counter. On top of selling damaged clothes and poor customer service I do not recommend for anyone to support this awful business.

A pair of floral print sunglasses, a pink iPhone 4S screen protector and a pair of headphones, all came to 10 dollars, what a great deal.
