Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

He then told me that it'd be a couple hours but he would definitely be over here before 3:00. At 3:00 I called him and ask him when is he coming over. I left the voicemail. He called me back a few minutes later and you want to talk about being unprofessional. I asked him if he's still coming over. He told me you're going to have to go find somebody else.

We were…read morevery interested in a metal roof and Miller had a nice product that resembled dimensional asphalt tile. It has now been 9 years and it is still looks brand new...just as we expected! Initially, we had a minor leak but Miller responded with professional and courteous speed. The gutters were especially neat as they have a sleek and seamless linear appearance and includes a full 5-inch opening. They also installed a stainless steel perforated top to screen debris.
