Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

My biggest concern was that this is a summer home so we were not around a lot to supervise. They called the Friday before to confirm to make sure I would be there but the day of they never showed up. I had to rearrange my entire schedule. Get other people to pick up my kids. I called them for 2 days and only got an answering machine. Left messages on their Facebook. On the 3rd day a woman answered apologized some with no real excuse. Said someone would get back to me. Rewrapped the home in Tyvek and installed new soffits, fascia and vinyl siding. The crew was professional, neat and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the results. Sophia was a pleasure to work with and she was at the job site a couple of times a day to make sure that everything was going smoothly. They did a top notch job at a fair and reasonable price.
