They were there on time, they did a great job, they were very professional and asked me questions to make sure that I was very satisfied, the crew consist of Taylor, Trevor, Karson, and Castel, I got there at 7am and they were already working, they worked together and did a fantastic job, they had the complete job of taking down the old gutters and discarding them, installing the new gutters and gutter Gard shields all in barely 2 & 1/2 hours and making sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. When they originally put the gutters up they forgot to tell me that the facia board was rotted out and just put the new gutters on top of it. Well this winter the ice brought down the gutters. I was so upset I called and they didn't give me any good reason. The person Sean was so rude and nasty and said that they hadn't done that but replaced the facia. He said that the facia rotted out in less than 2 years. What a ripoff. Stay away from these people. read more

We had some wind damage to our roof fascia and reached out. A man came to look at it, and said they could absolutely fix it. There were two places that needed fixing. They were pretty responsive to come look and give a quote but after that, we are super disappointed with the work and the service. They finally finally came to do the work and were not well prepared. It is a high roof line and they did not have the right ladder for the job. The actual workers (I think) were scared and were not able to do a good job. The next tiny wind that came along did the same damage. The original man promised they would come back and fix it and I followed up two or three times but he ghosted me. They never came back to fix it. We had paid over $1000 so we expected better work. Unfortunately, i would no longer recommend this company to anyone. Last year I gave this company my business to replace my gutters. Which they did at a somewhat reasonable price. Upon calling them again for a realignment of the gutters it took two weeks for them to call me back, then four weeks later they send an employee to my home when i wasn't home claiming that i had rotted wood that needed to be replaced. Which was BS, as another company did not say when they came out 24 hrs after my call to them. They hire inexperienced workers and are looking only to make a quick profit. David Hershman came by to talk to us, after I had reached out to inquire about needing help to fix a problem with my 95-year-old patient's gutters on her home in Shorecliffs. When it rained, the rain gushed out like a waterfall in front of her home, and she was afraid that it would damage the new turf grass, if left untreated. He gave us several options to fix it, and explained in detail each one and the cost for each, then he said to let us know what we decided. He was extremely sweet and not in the least bit pushy, which was so refreshing! Because my patient is 95-years-old, she decided to go for the lower cost repair as opposed to replacing all the gutters. They came out and completed the job as if it were the higher priced gutter replacement, very sweet and friendly workers! The guy that did the estimate was very nice Noah T. and responsive. They came and did the work, however l noticed 4 months later; something wasnt right. They do a before and after photo. Welp the gutter and the angle the picture was taken wasn't adding up and needed special attention. Well l have called them for a whole entire month and Chris isnt the most responsive. Well after the 3rd time l called he stated via text " l am on the warranty list and someone will call and schedule". Welp its been a week and a half and I am still calling. I evaluated 3 companies to install gutters after my roof replacement was completed. One company sent me a quote over the internet and said they know exactly what I needed, just by looking at my home on Google Earth (from a satellite). Another company came out, gave me a very cheap price and no explanation of what and how the products were going to be installed. Nick came out from Bros Gutters, reviewed the existing gutters, showed me a sample of what he recommended, explained how they would be installed and answered all my questions and said is people where the most important part of the companies "offering". The quotation was not the cheapest, and not the most expensive so I did some research and found how unhappy people were with both the cheaper and more expensive "guys". Trust in Nick and his people made the difference for me. The team did a fabulous job and I have no doubt if I needed them back to make adjustments, they would be here. They had to return 3-4 times to get it right. The front gutter was barely slanted and came disattached on the first windy day. The rear gutter was slanted AWAY from the downspout . Another small new portion they forgot to add an agreed downspout so there was no place for the water to drain! We were told the supervisor was injured and training 2 people (clearly not well). They returned to fix, after which we found long nails showing on the inside of the face board rather than nailing on our main posts to hide the nails... we were told it was just "oversight", but seems pretty basic to me... really unhappy w them read more
