Sorry for the late post. This work was done in 2024…read more Had a leak coming into the basement around the chimney area. Called Reese & Sons because of their high rating and positive reviews. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

They also accommodated three special requests, at no extra charge. Sharone the owner is a straight-forward, knowledgeable, and honest businessman. He oversaw my roofing job from start to finish, making sure that I was happy with each aspect of it. Although I took the extra time to compare numerous bids and understand everything about the roofing job I was getting, Sharone was always patient with me. I'd already gotten three estimates, but I decided to call anyway. I'm so glad I did!! He returned my call immediately and made an appointment for the very next day. My home is small, but there are a ton of odd roofing angles and strange pitches that were not handled well in the past. He pointed out all the weak spots (most of which I was already aware!), making sure every issue was addressed and answering all of my questions. I received my estimate the next morning and the price was extremely reasonable for the high-quality work he delivers. Plus, his 10-year warranty (included!) is DOUBLE what some roofers offer! What truly stood out was the level of care that Ron brought to my project. He treated my home as if were his own. The owner came over 2 hours later, climbed on the roof and took the measurements all while it was raining. We agreed on a great price and 3 days later when we had the only sunny day he replaced the whole roof. Great job and the work quality is excellent. He even went above and beyond by replacing 10 sheets of rotten plywood, installing new flashing on a leaking window, added flashing to my chimney and even placed new chimney caps for me. After hiring the The Roof Doctors, they: a) removed the existing layer of roofing shingles to wood deck, b) installed ice and water shield on all eaves and valleys, around chimneys, and on all low pitch areas of roofing b) installed premium GAF synthetic vapor barrier on field section of roof deck, c) installed GAF Timberline Lifetime shingles, d) installed new roll vent ridge vent system e) installed new step flashing and counter flashing including base around chimney, f) installed new GAF Hip and Ridge caps, and g) installed new counter flashing on chimneys. They even installed gutter guards and trimmed low-hanging branches above upper roof section -- at no extra cost. The entire project was all for under $10,000! Not only that, due to an oversight by the supplier, Roof Doctors fought for them to upgrade my shingles to to ultraHD shingles at no additional cost. They were professional and efficient, which is why I referred them to my friend who also raved about their service. My referral earned me $250! They did send someone to come check it out on the 22nd and I was told someone would get back to me to do actual repairs.. When I call back today, 12/29 I was told the girl that schedules repairs is on vacation. She didnt even honor the 1 at the $10 lower price. Needless to say, we left and did not buy the clothing. They lost a $200 sale by not honoring the amount on the tag and not honoring a price adjustment on the other item. This is terrible customer service.

My Tech arrived on time and described what was giving to be done. He even needed to pull new wiring from the units to the thermostats and thankfully he had attractive base plates to mount the Ecobees on the wall, as the hole left from removal was too large. He then worked with me on my app. I am planning to use Master Touch for some electrical work and I will hire them for spring and fall HVAC servicing. This recommendation is underpinned by responsiveness, excellent customer service, strong technical ability - and most importantly - a personable, trustworthy, and passionate owner-operator. With the turn of the seasons, our aging furnace wouldn't blow warm air. After researching local HVAC companies via online reviews, we connected with Master Home Touch Service in the Freehold/Manalapan area. The owner, Hovhannes Mirimanyan ("Hov"), was free that day for a service call ($100, but waived for larger projects). We mutually agreed that it was time to replace the 30 year-old furnace. Hov carefully walked us through the issues with our current furnace and air conditioning systems. He then outlined in a "no pressure" presentation several solutions, providing a cost-benefit analysis of each system (G/E, Rheem, Bosch). He showed us photo portfolios of past similar projects. A few days later, a three-person installation crew arrived at our home at 7 AM to perform the removal of the prior HVAC, and install the new system. The installation was completed by lunchtime, with our home left in pristine condition. The next morning, Hov returned to walk us through the details of the installation and how to perform basic maintenance items on the furnace. The Rheem system works great, is quiet - and connected to a smart Honeywell thermostat. The price paid was fair relative to the quality of services rendered. In summary, I highly recommend Master Touch Home Service for residential HVAC projects. They also provide commercial service and selecting plumbing services (e.g., hot water heater replacements).

Handyman Joe was able to efficiently complete a multitude of tasks from clearing gutters, installing light fixtures/ locks/ blinds and painting. He also fixed up lots of things around the house i.e. stuck doors/ stiff handles, slow draining bath, netting on storm door, loose sockets, bathroom caulking and more.
