I cannot recommend Jason enough. I reached out to Jason through Yelp this morning and despite having a backlog of 3 weeks, he was able to fit me in between other service calls today. I had a severely clogged downspout that was very high up (like 25-30 feet) and he handled it expertly. He demonstrated attention to detail and thoroughness and went above and beyond just unclogging the downspout (i.e., applied sealant to a leaking end cap, corrected gap in gutter). I can't say enough good things about Gutter Cowboys. I had a strange leak around a fairly new gutter. I contacted them early on Monday morning, they texted back quickly saying they could check out the problem within the week. By the same afternoon, I received a text saying if it was convenient for me, they could stop by later in the day. Once I agreed, they texted me with the name of the individual that would be doing the work and an arrival time. Jason arrived on time, he assessed the situation and quickly provided me a solution option. He had the materials to fix the problem on his truck. Once we agreed on a price, he quickly performed the necessary work and even cleaned an additional gutter when I requested. Jason was extremely courteous, and I never felt pressured to do the recommended work. He was pleasant to work with and went above and beyond. Gutter Cowboy cleaned my gutters. Jason responded very quickly on Yelp and was super clear about pricing and options. Communication was excellent throughout: an email when the job was booked, a reminder email two days in advance, a text on the day of the job asking if they could arrive early (!), including a pic of who to expect. I just had a great experience with Gutter Cowboy (https://www.facebook.com/guttercowboy) They came out to give me a second opinion on replacing my gutter. They told me the gutters were fine and only some of the downspouts needed repair and they showed me where the spouts were split (now I'll know what to look for in the future). Even though the appointment was only for a quote they were able to fit me in and do the repairs and replacements right then. They also cleaned the gutters which lead to the discovery of another split down spout which they showed me and then added to the job for a very reasonable price. For a fraction of what I would have paid to replace everything, they replaced several downspout pieces, secured everything and cleaned out my gutters. read more
