I'd…read morepreviously gotten estimates for a fairly large landscaping job, that involved tearing out a lot of old shrubs, planting new, cleaning out overgrowth and trimming the bushes/hedges that could be saved, and installing rock and mulching. Grant designed and laid out the back yard landcaping, choosing plants that would be easy to maintain and would blend with the few bushes and other plants that had been saved. His decision to use mulch with a gorgeous rock border was spot on. The front landscaping was a jungle, but Grant was able to see the good that was buried between and under the overgrowth, which saved me from a complete tear out of hedging and other mature bushes. The end result, both front and back, felt like coming back to a brand new home...one I am happy to see when I arrive or just to go out back and enjoy. One of the things that most impressed me about Grant is his integrity in doing business. That alone is the most important quality for any business, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

When I asked how long it would take to get work started, the answer was "soon...I mean within a month." In general, Poole Roofing gave the impression that they were not interested in my business. I had no Idea what a fire mitigation service was and he rattled off a couple of known companies that handle that service, Servpro was one of them. So, I contacted them and spoke with the owner Jack. Let me tell you, I have never had someone so ready and willing to help me out. He is constantly in communication with me to make sure his team is treating me well. If I call or text it wont be more than a couple of minutes at most until I get a call back. Now let me tell you about the team. Lori, is incredibly knowledgeable. If I have a question that cant be answered definitively on the spot she seems to be the person to call. Also, the team that was clearing out my home were nothing but respectful and empathetic to our little disaster (That goes a long way). All in all, yes we have had a bad disaster but I don't see how it would be possible for another company or service to compete with the response time, attentiveness and empathy that has been given to us by Mr. Jack and his team.

Windows are LEAKing! What was supposed to be our "Home" is now a money pit. Mallett told us they…read morecan do a Barndo shell, they told us we can live in it. I wish we would have done more research on how each company builds these. For Mallett, they put up the bones, put bubble wrap, screw in windows/doors (no taping aterwards), then metal sheeting. The build seems strong, but windows are leaking. I don't know if it is because the windows were not sealed with the taping after being screwed in and the metal just ends at the window which seems like water can slide on in, or spray foam being installed after, OR a Combination of Both. Everything we worked so hard for and now we feel heartbroken. Any Medium/Hard rain storm and water gets into our new building. We called and messaged mallett a few times to assist in make it right, but they have not responded. So here we are writing this review. UPDATE: Malletts has contacted us and said they will look at the issue. I will update this review once a conclusion is made and/or issue resolved.
