I went over it in detail with someone (again) in their office and he verbally agreed to do the job the next week and send the new and updated contract and I never heard from him again. It appears they are of low quality customer service and don't believe in holding to their word either verbally or in contract. Be very cautious if you ever decide to call these guys out of desperation. I would not recommend them to anyone, regardless if the price seems right.

If you have an issue you think they can solve and it's not directly related to a clogged or dirty gutter, they may say they can help even if they can't or aren't sure (and by the time you know the truth, it will be too late -- don't be a sucker like we were, only contact them for gutter filters). We had a LeafFilter rep come out because we thought one of our gutters was the culprit for the wall touching it always getting soaked when it rained. I made it super clear to the rep on the phone as well as with the in-person sales rep that this issue was the reason we contacted them. We have seen the commercials and figured since we now live next to a forest, we could solve one issue and prevent another at the same time (but only if they could help solve the main issue). The in-person sales rep went onto our roof and scoped everything out and said their product and service would help us. $9k later and less than a week after their product was installed, all gutters inspected, cleaned, and adjusted where needed... the wall was still getting soaked. They sent out another guy who knew before even seeing the issue that it was a roof problem, not the gutter. After seeing the roof he showed me exactly what was happening (which was what he suspected all along -- rain water was directed towards the wall, not diverted away from it). Another $45k and a roof replacement later, the wall is no longer getting soaked. My problems with LeafFilter are (1) why didn't they send out that guy in the first place when they knew we had an existing issue that we needed addressed (did they intend to decieve)? And (2) in order to not void the LeafFilter warranty when getting the roof replaced, we had to leave the filters in place and trust the roofing company to take care with them (they did) or pay another $1200 to LeafFilter to come remove and safely store their product. They never responded when I asked how much it would cost for us to return the product because $9k for an issue to not be resolved sucks, especially when they sold us on their product and services solving it. Anyways, this is some shady business practices and I sincerely hope nobody else falls for it like we did.
