Solano Seamless came out and re-attached the downspount on top AND on the bottom, AND made a mid-point attachment for additional stability, using screws rather than nails so that the downspout will stay in place for many, many years to come. They were polite, clear, did a great job, and agreed to return to do the same (replace nails with screws and add mid-point attachments) to ALL the downspouts on my house to ensure that I don't have any more falling downspouts in my future (seriously, it was scary - it looked as if the detached downspout was ready to fall and hit someone in the head). Their prices were VERY reasonable, and they did the emergency fix for free, which astonished me. I recommend them for any service, repair or installation involving gutters and/or downspouts that you may have. They are total pros, great communicators, and charge very reasonable prices.

Our roof Foreman Omar was fantastic. He went above and beyond to give us installation expectations and was able to communicate potential work order changes needed to bring our roof up to code. Omar also went above and beyond to work with helping clean up our neighbor's yard. There was windy weather that blew some of our material into their yard which didn't go unnoticed. Over a 2 week period, I reached out to (6) different Roofing companies within Solano area to get an…read moreestimate for a complete roof replacement for my property. From the (6) roofing companies interviewed, there was only one company Salesman that actually performed the work "Green Country Roofing", Owner Enrique Aguilar. I'm not putting down the other companies salesman, but I personally want to work with a knowledgeable person with 23 years of experience. DAY 1: Enrique and crew arrived at my residence at 6:55am, and they began removing all of old shingles roofing material. All of the old roofing material had been removed by 10:45am. My best friend who was present shared with me how neat Enrique crew was with the removal process of the old roofing. He used a roofing company from Vallejo, and he said their removal process was messy as h_____. He quickly said that he's going to hire Green Country Roofing, to replace his dry rot eaves and roof replacement for his house in Benicia. Green Country Roofing began putting down underlayment and repairing a small section of dry rot that afternoon, basically staging roof for installation of Malarkey Roofing Products (Solar Reflective Shingle Lines) for selected 'Silverwood / Vista'. Enrique kept me updated of their progress by providing a detailed explanation. At end of Day, Enrique crew cleaned up surrounding harea before departing. DAY 2: They finished up all of prep work for installation of shingles that morning. His team took an early lunch because the Malarkey Roofing Products had not been delivered. The material arrived around noon, and a crane was used to transport shingles from ground level to the roof of a 2 story house. I was taken back how organized and steps taken to ensure no damages to the property. They worked until 4:30pm installing 85% of new shingles. Yes, they cleaned up surrounding area of the house. DAY 3: Green Country Roofing Team had finished up roofing before noon, and cleaned up area by picking up nails, staples, blue/black paper and etc. The following week, Suisun Build Permit Office inspected and signed off, approving completed work. Overall: Green Country Roofing is not just Owned by Enrique, but he leads by example by going far and above to deliver the best services.
