The WORST gutters installation and customer services. Save your money. We renovated our house and wanted to get gutters installed in February 2020. We accidently found the company Gutters Edge. After the installation, we informed the owner of the company (Gutters Edge), in April 2020, that there were some water leaks when it was raining. There was also some water over flooding on our front porch. It was kind of the Niagara falls since all the water front the front of our house was being directed to a gutter with no guard to prevent the splashing effect. I contacted the owner Robert who informed me that he will find some time to take care of the repair. Flash forward 2 years later. We are in May 2022. After over 100 text messages and voicemails with each time the promise from the owner of the company that he will come, guess what. He never came. Since the last 4 months, he even does not reply to my texts or voicemails. Using the Better Business Bureau (BBB) services, he responded to them that he moved to the Florida keys (150 miles away from Miami) and cannot do anything for us anymore. I gave him over 2 years to come to my house as the opportunity to repair his installation. Now he is saying that he cannot since he moved out of Miami. However, he did nothing for 2 years. Many false promises and such a bad job. When you get gutters installed, you are obviously not looking for leaks and water splashing everywhere in your house. This is the ABC of their job. I was patient because during the pandemic I did not want to hurt small businesses by giving them the priority to make some income. But I guess I should not have consider it with Gutters Edge which does not respect the customer. You pay them and bye-bye. There are in the area so many other gutters installers which are certainly behaving more professionally and which are respectful to their customers. Difficult to be worse than Gutters Edge. This company has apparently no pride of making you happy. They just want to get the cash (cash requested) and they will abandon you. No warranty although they pointed out that there is one. So sad. Wonderful! I can't say enough how pleased I am with the job Gutters Edge did. They worked with my budget and got the job done very quiclky. It's a family busisness, and you get the feeling that they are treating you like family. They made sure everything was perfect. I didn't have to pay anything up front. Payment was collected when the job was completed. I wish they provided more services so I could hire them for other jobs! read more

This has been the worst experience with a contractor. They did more damage than repairs or a proper service and installation to my property. The owner offered multiple times to finish the work "this week" and never did. It has been more than a month since deposit and agreement were done. He sent a worker twice and left the job unfinished on the gutters and the fascia damaged. The fascia boards were in better condition before they worked on them. In the end, I was left with gutters not properly finished and fascia boards patched up and with gaps. Please see the pictures. I am giving them a single star because yelp does not allow me to post without giving at least one star. With the service I got. I am not giving them any. read more

Robert and his crew installed mosquito breeding tracks on my roof, not gutters. They pitch the wrong way and puddle for days. They also pulled up the aluminum siding of my house and left it up, as if I wouldn't go up and notice. Left nails and shavings all over my driveway. The ones that don't puddle are because the *roof* pitches....but those leak! This after being a no-show on at least 3 different dates, then showing up unexpectedly on another day at 3:00pm in standard time. It was a rush job and he pulled away pretty much in the dark. I asked Robert to fix the problem and after 5 reminders and a month and a half later (where he promised to fix the issues), I'm out! Got someone else to fix them...me! So nevermind Robert, take your L with this crappy review, unless of course you want me continue the discussion where I can post the pictures. read more

I hired Gutters Edge to replace and install a new gutter at my townhouse, and I couldn't be happier with their work. All it took was a call, and simply forwarding a couple picture of what needed to be done, and the next day, they were there, prepared, and had my new guttering perfectly installed in less than an hour. The handyman was extremely competent, courteous and timely. Couldn't have asked for better results! 10/10 would recommend. read more

We just want to give a five star salute to Gutters Edge.We own a home in the keys but we don't live there. We needed to replace our gutters but didn't know who to call. We saw a high recommendation for Gutters Edge on the neighborhood website that we joined. It was a Saturday. We went on the website for Gutters Edge and a chat window opened up. I mentioned we were only there for the weekend and needed to replace our gutters. They responded quickly, came out to do an estimate and the job was done within a week. They sent pictures of it in progress and when finished. We got to meet Robert and his wife Sue- really friendly people and professional at the same time. We own a contracting business up on the West Coast of Florida and we would gladly do business with this company anytime if they were in our area. They also will put your shutters up and take them down for storm care. Great job. Great people! read more
