She is extremely thorough and extremely caring. She used her knowledge ,strength ,and personality to do everything she could to try to get me some relief. She DID just that. A couple of weeks go by and I went in for a visit and the receptionist says ...how did you want to pay for today's services ? I replied ... I believe I have at least 3 more visits . Again another smile ... oh you didn't use your visits by the 16th and they expired. At no time do they tell you about the auto charge or having to use your visits by a certain time .
