I was quarantining away from home this week and desperately needed a massage. I looked around Yelp for everything this area had to offer and decided to go with the signature deluxe massage. As far as Covid-19 precautions, they are following them so I didn't worry about that. They even took my temperature when I came in. The massage was a great deal. It includes a 100 hour massage, mud treatment, peppermint foot scrub, and scalp massage. Plus a bottle of bath salts or scrub. I was so relaxed that I couldn't move. I was on vacation from Ohio. Arrived on Sunday afternoon with a severe muscle strain in my neck and shoulder. I called at 10:00 AM on Monday morning. They called back quickly and got me scheduled to be seen at 1:30. I was welcomed, filled out a short form and was in a room within 5 minutes. Haley got right to work on my issue. I have gone to massage therapy and chiropractors regularly for several years. I say this with total honesty, she is one of the best I have ever had work on me. She is extremely thorough and extremely caring. She used her knowledge ,strength ,and personality to do everything she could to try to get me some relief. She DID just that. I left being able to move my neck without pain. It was still very sore but the pain was so much less. I don't post a lot, but she definitely deserves this. It was the least I could do. And now I'm in the system just in case I'm ever in need while in Pigeon Forge. read more

Well. If you know me, I'll tell you how it is. This place had good but there are better in town. The staff was friendly. But... the tables in to be replaced immediately. The table I had was well used, and the one my wife had was like having a massage on plywood. My wife said she felt worse than we arrived. For $250 for 2 90-minute massages is far. But not on those tables and now have to go to get another massages somewhere else today or tomorrow. We're not going to come back anytime soon. Please change the tables. read more

I'm not big on paying twice the price for an experience that will be similar so I checked out this place on Yelp and saw the five-star rating... thought I would give it a try. I called after hours and was called right back to schedule... nice touch. I used my GPS the next day and it was very easy to find. First and foremost their prices are the best around! Compared to similar places on the strip that are way overpriced their services are a great value. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and made to feel comfortable. The entire staff is licensed. The masseuse who treated me was courteous and asked if I wanted her to concentrate on any particular area. She also asked if I wanted light, medium or hard pressure. Being the manly man that I am I told her deep tissue and she did not disaapoint. Don't go that route if you've never had a massage... it can be painful if you're not going in for regular treatments. This is a hidden gem at very reasonable pricing. It is run by a very professional, yet friendly young couple, Dean and Cindy. Cindy had magic hands and was obviously very skilled in massage. I live in the Atlanta metro area and have had plenty of massages for much more money. This ranked among the best. Cindy asked about pressure desired and managed to deliver just right - soothing but zeroing in on pressure points. Nice soft spa music/earthy sounds and scented (your choice) oils. Dean did a great job and very informative. I have been to plenty of places and they never apply enough pressure. Dean is very attentive and applied more pressure when necessary and asked of it was perfect. I like a deep tissue massage so he made sure that he had enough pressure to relieve the tension. He asked where it bothers me the most and gave extra attention in those areas. I had stiff neck and shoulders, so in the middle of the massage, he asked me to turn to the left and right to see if it's better. He asked if I like hot oil and I did. It was nice and he uses hot towels at the end to wrap each foot up and one for the back. This is definitely a lagniappe. I got to 60 minutes massage and he definitely worked his magic. I would recommend 90 minutes if schedule permits because I would have love for dean to work 30 more minutes those areas. As of pricing, it was more affordable than more places. I'm not sure if Dean added on the extra hot oil, some cream for the knots relief, hot towels, hot stones, and etc.... because when I went to the counter and pay, I was surprised that it was a lot less than all the b other places I have been, especially Dean gave the bear massage I ever had. I wish he was living closer because I would come here regularly. The last thing is that he was very informative. He stretch me and taught me a few during the massages, so it would help with the tightness. He even recommended a few things that I could get on Amazing (since he didn't sell it). He did not need to recommend anything cause he makes no money off of it, but he is a good and nice person. He even got one from his closest that he uses so I can try it. I had the most amazing massage today! If I had more stars to give, I would. Dean was great at making me comfortable and stretching & massaging me exactly how I liked it. Right amount of pressure all around!Also, he's a cool dude so he was nice to talk to. The price can't be beat in this area since most places cater to vacationers who are willing to pay $100+ for an hour massage. Call me cheap, but I'm not paying that. $85 for a 90 min high quality massage! Before coming to SMT I had a go to therapist, however, I started looking around because they were never consistent with their schedule. It was always a hit or miss of the days they would be available. I found Sevierville Massage Therapy while searching for a new local massage therapist. I found SMT after 9 o'clock on a Saturday night. So, I messaged them some questions expecting to hear back during business hours on Monday.....Dean immediately replied to my questions! Not only did he answer my questions, but I had an appointment scheduled for the beginning of my Spring Break! Fast forward to my Spring Break, the massage was great. The facilities were clean, quiet and relaxing. Being my first time there, Dean made sure to cover all the basics so there was never an awkward moment. He also provided suggestions on how to self care at home without feeling like I was being pushed to purchase anything. He provided tips for health, not tips for kickbacks. Came into town for a girls trip weekend! I was able to make an appointment super quick and easy! We had four girls and luckily we were able to get everyone in at the same time! We all came out of our massages with Dean, Cindy and Andrea saying how wonderful they did and how Much better we all felt! I specifically had Dean and he did amazing. I had Dean as my massage therapist and my husband had Cindy. Fist things first...you get reminder emails for appts. Alway nice. Even though I'm really good with my calendar it's always nice to confirm. Secondly, they are extremely professional. You actually fill in paperwork with any issues you may have. Thirdly, the massages were excellent. Explanations are given prior to any moves so comfort level is maintained. I was worried about having a male therapist from a past experience, but there was never any un-comfortability with Dean. Finally, we liked our massages so much we scheduled our next ones.
