Food was great, love the Mac & cheese. Subs were definitely worth the money. Only complaint I have is maybe a lil more veg on the sub. Onion, banana peppers, maybe some black olives or even green olives. Maybe add some fries to the menu. I'll be back for sure. Thanks for the great subs! read more

Be very careful eating here, an employee shared this with me : the old cooks do NOT practice general food safety practices, they don't care about cross contamination and don't wear gloves when handling meats, they will use the same surface to make meatballs, then prep salads...dangerous! Also, they use leftover food from catering events on the buffet, when food should be discarded after three days. The cook has been seen picking get dead flies out of the weddings soup. read more

I have lived in Ashtabula 9 years and driven by several times and never stopped, my husband took me for dinner valentines day (2017) and I was so amazed with the food. The meatball sub was so big I had to take half of it home. I went back the next day and got two rigatoni meals and a loaf of bread for $6. This place is a great place for real food at a real price. Maybe they do well with the catering business but by all means avoid stopping in and trying to get any service at the deli counter during lunch. The service is awful. Seven employees milling around behind the counter and three customers standing there wondering if someone was going to help them. Rude and slow. I walked out. read more
