It doesn't feel or look like a sticker which represents the high level quality. Their inventory of shirts, sweaters, crew necks, tumblers and tote bags are wide variety and colorful and high quality as well. Their colors on the print outs pop and look surreal. Their prices are excellent regardless the size you are making. Their turn around time is also top notch. Depending when in the morning you do before the cut off, it will be ready by end of the day if you have that last minute idea to create. More over they have expedited service for a last minute thing at a reasonable price that does not break the bank. They also have free heat press machines on sight to use after one pays for their shirts and gang sheet print outs - already set to the degree of heat needed for the press to go on the material without a problem. The best part of all - the guys here are welcoming , very kind, gentle with all of the creators that walk in, understanding and excellent teachers. Their graphic design skills are top notch. My wife worked with Josef and Akkus (hope spelled names right) and they were so knowledgeable and sweet with her. She had a problem with a design and they walked her through the problem, repaired the image but taught her how to use one of the tools they use - canva. I called and text in the days leading up to Christmas and got the run around. Finally I showed up right before closing on Christmas Eve and was told there was an issue with the shipment and it wouldn't be ready by Christmas. The staff apologized and offered me a small necklace free of charge so my daughter had something to open, while promising that the necklace would be there the following week and they would reach out when it's ready. Now here I am, over a week later and I'm being sent to voicemail and my text messages are going unanswered. Be careful with purchasing custom items from this store. It's one thing to purchase something there and in stock, but for anything that will come in later, this store may or not provide your item. I had her print on three different styles (see pictures attached) The tops needed a different screens: XS to L was a certain size then we sized up a tad for the XL to 4XL. The sizing she recommended was spot on. My graphic designer that also sells her own printed apparel was very please with the end product. Overall I am extremely pleased with Eva's professionalism and I am looking forward to hiring her again. When they didn't have the style I wanted in my size, I was told they could have it over in a day. In the interim he showed me a number of other styles they did have based on my stated preferences. In the end I walked out with a buffalo hide jacket I really liked for about $230 if I remember right. I'd check them out if you're in the market for a jacket. They seem to know their stuff and have a decent variety of styles and sizes.
