I brought in a few inherited items I was considering selling & knew their resale value prior to my visit. However, I acted as if I did not because it's interesting to see how honest a business is & whether or not I'd be a return customer. The person who helped me was very thorough & took his time going through each item. He seemed nice enough. The reason for the rating is due to the absolutely insulting offer he made me. He basically wanted to buy items in excellent, resellable condition, for scrap prices. Needless to say, I took my belongings and left. I've listed 2 of the items on marketplace websites and have received 10x what he offered for one, and 24x what he offered for another. I understand these businesses buy items to make $, but don't prey on people who you think aren't aware of the value of what they have. Be cautious. read more

The owner who attended to us answered our questions and educated us on what factors they consider when valuing items. We spent well over an hour culling through our collection AND in the end we walked away with a nice pile of cash.
